It seems as though my package has not moved since Friday today is Tuesday! I called adore me and they can't tell me anything either! Why? It's their products?! When I went on the website it plainly stated that if you wanted your product faster just to choose priority shipping at check out, well I wanted to do that, so I thought well I'll have it here faster and took my money for the product but of course NEVER gave me options for anything else, so of course now I stand the chance of not having it for my wedding anniversary! That's VERY MISLEADING OF ANY COMPANY FOR NUMBER ONE! And the estimated delivery date was for yesterday 5/11 guess what? It's still not here! So I've told them since day one i need it by a certain day and that certain day is tomorrow! And honestly the way it's felt is like adore me could care less really! So if it don't show up by tomorrow when I need it, then they can just refund my money! I wished honestly I would have just went up the street to certain store that sell this same products and got it the same day. Adore me is misleading and if I don't receive my package I'll leave them bad reviews and get a refund to. I don't think my opinion will change bc I don't think I will receive anything that I ordered. If I receive it I'll change my review if not I'll not change anything.
I placed order on April 27,2020. They charged my credit card on April 28,2020. He we are on May 10,2020 which is 14 days. I have NEVER received an email regarding the status of my order. When I email to check status, I get an auto reply.
I'm so very disappointed and very dissatisfied with the experience. I've done other subscriptions and never had an issue like this. Not sure if I'll hear from them or not. If I dont receive my stuff in the next few days i will see what the next step will be.
Although I loved my adore me boxes and the cheap subscription (quality was amazing and every product fit/complimented me so perfectly) the cancellation process has been a complete nightmare. Cancelled due to moving and not receiving my box & I've been charged 5+ times. Super annoying having to email every single time when my order could have just been cancelled. For this reason, I will not be using nor recommending AdoreMe in the future.
They advertise that they are a Canadian online but charge in American... The quality of the products are terrible and extremely cheap and when I tried to return my item then they made me pay more money. Terrible service. Will never order from them again!
I was a lil confused about this site. Reading everyone's reviews had me scared! But i received my things and its ok. However im not going to join but i may or may not order again... Too many bad reviews.
Their return process is long and arduous and you will be charged a $5.95 restocking fee which is cleary stated and I was OK with. I did not join their membership but purchased two bikinis. I wasn't sure of sizing so after measuring I called customer service for help on fit. I am a F or G cup and the recommendation was a DD. I was pretty sure this wouldn't wrk but the rep. Convinced met would. Well the tops were woefully small. I sent the package back and after about a month received notice that the items had been ricked but I wasting charged a $15 penalty on each swimsuit for "incomplete" return. I called customer service and wasted it might have been an error on their end since I shipped them back in the same package (note this is what their instructions said to do). She said they would look into it and credit me for the additional $30. Hopefully that happens or I will have to pursue a claim with my credit card. At any rate beware oof you have to return something.
I received a very damaged, empty box after waiting nearly a month for shipping. I have contacted customer service serveral times and can't even get a reply back. They don't seem to care at all. I'm just the idiot that spent $40 on a box. I'm going to have to contact my bank and file a claim for fraud and hope I can get my money back. Their stuff looks cute, but don't order from them. There are tons of other websites with much better customer service.
I made the mistake of ordering 5 sets. Ordered 10 days ago. My order shows shipped, but there's no tracking info & I've not received my order.
I received my package on April 21, and returned it on the 23rd of April to allow for fitting and determining whether or not to return items. I returned the package with all the items using their prepaid return label.
After 7 business days I was charged for the items. Why would they allocate only 7 days to return? Free regular shipping returns using their prepaid labels take longer than 7 days to ship back, then factor in adding a day to try on and make a decision on items. Customers are set up for failure so they get charged when packages are not returned on time, which is out of customer's control as prepaid return labels are not expedited shipping. I'd suggest giving customers longer than 7 days for returns as prepaid return labels take longer to ship than 7 days, plus factor in the time customer needs to try on merchandise and decide whether or not to keep items.

These are great for a shy girl who doesn't want to go to stores, but wants to impress her boyfriend/ husband. Really nice quality.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
