This is a rip off. The website is not friendly. Only received one box. I was never contacted by a stylist. Returned the merchandise and never received a refund. Closed my account and was charged another $160. So far I'm fighting to get $300 refunded for nothing. You can go to a romance store and try on and purchase for the same price. The website doesn't have a call number. Or at least I can't find one. I'm gonna have to go to my bank and cancel my card because Adore Me will not stop charging my card. Do Not Sign Up for Adore Me. It is highway robbery!
Never once received a box from them not once and still got charged and they wanna say once it takes the charge they will refund weeks later and they're still saying the same stuff and I'm not having it I'm reporting this website and the poor business you guys do I don't see how you guys are still even an on going website this place is a joke!

I signed up for Adore Me literally three days ago and I am ready to cancel my VIP with this company and never do business with them again! I was hung up on by Mariah and Marisol. And when I asked to be rerouted to a lead or manager I was told nobody was there to speak with me. I was inquiring about when my order will arrive which is a week after the promised delivery date and they're unwilling to honor what they advertise online. Don't do business with these people unless you're okay with being disrespected.

Do not waste your time shopping at this company they are a joke. They will keep your card on file FOREVER and charge your card EVERY month after your cancel your account. They claim that they have not management staff so that they can say there is nothing that they can do. They have charged my card for hundreds of dollars without my consent.

I recently did a boudoir photo shoot and saw a cute outfit on adoreme.com and decided to order it for the shoot. Well I hadn't noticed until about 2 months afterwards that every month they had taken a 40 dollar charge out for their "vip" membership. A membership I NEVER signed up for! So I called and said I wanted refunded, and to take me off their membership. The lady who could barely speak English told me I would be completely refunded for the 2 months I had money taken, and that she was sending me an email that I could just cancel my membership through. Never got the email, and I never got my money back. Then, again, they took 40 dollars out of my account AGAIN this month! I called and told them that I was going to press fraudulent charges if she didn't fix this issue NOW. Needless to say, she cancelled my membership and I got a refund receipt for the money they took out of my account. But I only get a refund (haven't gotten the refund back yet so we will see) for this last month, even though I had called the month prior complaining of the same this! Buyers BEWARE! Look over every single word if you chose to buy something from this website, and make sure they didn't sneak the vip membership addition on your checkout! Never buying from this website EVER AGAIN!

Items arrived 2 weeks from order date, even tho when I ordered said would arrive in 5-6 days. Wrote 2 emails asking for status, never received a response. Called and they couldn't tell me if or when order was processed, or if and when the order was mailed. When finally got order, cheap product, nothing like the pictures, returning.

The products I received were good, however what they don't make clear is that they enrol you into a subscription of £34 a month. Couldn't understand why this was coming out of my account. Contacted customer service asking for a refund apparently it's store credit' no refund given. What an absolute con. Avoid like the plague. Thieves.

The business model is shady. "Free shipping and returns!" NOT TRUE. You pay $5.95 for each item you return - they call it a "restocking fee." They also don't accept panties as a return. They will not give you your money back if you send them the panties back and they will not give you your panties back. You guessed it: store credit.
Anyone with boobs knows that bras need to be tried on and the chance of return is high. Dishonest of them to say free returns when they charge $5.95.
The product itself is not high quality - itchy scratchy lace, stiff elastic, loose threads.
If you love a business model that charges your credit card every month automatically so that you have to request a refund, this might be a good company for you. I think it's smart to be weary of any company that operates this way - it's a bit of a red flag that they can't keep return customers when they set it up this way.
Also always be weary of companies that don't make it easy to unsubscribe to their constant SPAM of emails.

They steal money from your account! I purchased 2 bras from them and several months later I realized I had money that was disappearing from my account. The website automatically signs you up to be a VIP Member and they start charging you monthly. I cancelled the membership and was so angry that they took all that money from me! Several months later, I realized that even though I CANCELLED my membership, they were STILL taking money out of my account (over 200 dollars worth!) I was so upset that I called customer service and chewed them out. Fortunately, they refunded all my money back but only after serval frustrating phone calls to customer service. After many failed attempts at cancelling my membership, I ended up having to call my bank to block the company from being able to withdraw any additional money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are thieves.

I was very excited about the selection of balconette bras offered on this site because they are difficult to find. However, I cannot purchase any of them due to the fact that they must be purchased as a set with panty styles that I will never wear. The fact that they must be purchased as a set is bad enough. The fact that there are only two panty styles offered is ridiculous. No one wants to be forced into buying something they will never use simply to get something they have difficulty finding anywhere else

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY> Bought once from this company in March, then discovered they have been taking money from my account every month since (now July)! This has happened to many people (see reviews below) and yet the response from this company is just to 'apologise for confusion'. What confusion? They take your money - without you knowingly agreeing to it - then give you five days to ask for your money back (without telling you that is what you must do) then, because you don't contact them, they keep it! (as 'store credit'). What a SCAM. Who subscribes to monthly lingerie? NOBODY in their right mind. Clearly set up to extract money from unwitting customers. I have reported them to Mastercard and had my card cancelled. I will be pursuing them for a refund of money taken without my consent. Silence is not TACIT CONSENT and for you to set it up this way, you are surely banking on people not waking up to what you are doing!

However, should you have accumulated credit you can request a refund for the past 12 months by contacting our customer service and use credits older than that anytime you prefer.
The order confirmation email also contains information about the membership. In addition to this we also send reminder emails at the beginning of each month so that you can avoid being charged by skipping the respective month should you prefer not being charged.

I recently purchased 3 bathing suits from this company, knowing I wanted to return one or 2. I was prepared to pay the return shipping but was told via email not to send it to the return address, but instead, send it to China. Which is expensive! I explained through email that none of this was stated on the website and that it stated returns were permitted and easy. Yeah right! Each time, I have talked to a different person who refuses to give me a refund. One employee offered a partial refund and asked that I donate the bathing suits to charity (but never received follow up on how much or to confirm) and the other employee offered a $5 refund of my $90 purchase where one bathing suit was damaged! I didn't expect a full refund but I did think it was fair to have half of the cost paid for. Had I known I would have had to return them to China, I never would have purchased in the first place, knowing it's expensive.
After not receiving any return emails... yet again, I finally told them if I did not receive a reply with confirmation of refund (especially for the damaged bathing suit) I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. I have emailed them twice and no one has cared to respond to me.
I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I thought the bathing suits were beautiful but their website states returns and refunds are available where this is NOT the case. Had I read these reviews, I would have saved myself the trouble of all this AND saved $90. I also wouldn't have to waste my time filing a complaint to the BBB.
So extremely frustrating. Do NOT order unless you are sure you want them and know they fit BEFORE you buy!

I'm so disappointed. I've never had to file a complaint with FTC or BBB, but I think I'm going to be forced to do so. I returned 3 orders quite a while ago and they still haven't sent me my refund. I've sent numerous emails and the only response I get is to wait a month. If I returned the merchandise and the customer service rep has acknowledged that they have indeed received the box... then they have the goods and I should have my money refunded. Isn't that basic knowledge of how retail works? I've never had an experience like this and I'm so, so frustrated!

Let us explain what happened. The 3 orders you returned were placed with exchange codes. There weren't any transactions captured by our system, so our system couldn't automatically refund you. There was also a delay in the warehouse with 2 of your returns further extending the waiting time, which we deeply regret.
The only transaction we captured and we could actually refund was your first order.
That being said, you were issued a full refund, we waived the restocking fee as a courtesy for all the hassle you have experienced.
It typically takes 1-3 business days for the amount to appear back in your account.

I had been an Elite Box customer for a couple months, and initially I was pleased with it. The quality is not amazing, but it is relatively cheap. I have done other subscription boxes based on preferences previously, so I know there is a learning period.
Two months ago I provided constructive feedback that I had updated my preferences a couple weeks prior to the box shipping and was disappointed to see that they still selected items that I did not like to send to me. [Side note: you pay a non-refundable styling fee that you forfeit if you do not choose something, so I feel it is very important that they listen to your desires]
This past month, I received a box and ALL THE ITEMS were categories I said I did not want, so after ensuring my preferences were set up correctly and reviewing the feedback that I had provided them the previous month, I reached out to customer support.
Customer support took 12 hours to respond to me [live chat] and only did so because I re-reached out. They "apologized" and told me that they were unable to send me items in the categories I liked because of stock issues, but they did send me "best sellers". I do not care if they are best sellers, I am paying you to style me off of my preferences and you send me things that I clearly do not want!
It has been nearly a week of trying to come up with a satisfying resolution and they have done nothing. So if you are an elite subscriber; do not expect good customer service, conflict resolution, or for them to even listen to your preferences. Maybe they do not understand what "elite" means?
I would have preferred to post on Google My Business or Facebook, but of course those are not set up to receive reviews.

Three things
1. Items are CHEAP af, itchy, ill fitting, cheap material. I pulled out a measuring tape and consulted their sizing charts on every item I bought. Ordered a size up if I was close to the cut off. Items did not fit. They were all too small even though I was perfectly in the size chart range.
2. They subscribe you WITHOUT TELLING YOU to a 55$/month VIP membership
3. Cancelling the membership is a process. I called in the first time to cancel and they told me they had but actually they just put the membership on pause for two months. I eventually had to go through my bank with fraud charges to get my money back.

Or how about -50 because that's how much money I'm out. I've been swindled! First "elite box" came and didn't fit so I sent it back. Somehow when they send it back to me it's a size too small. So I send it back again. Never comes back. In the mean time I move, change my address and two days later get an email saying they shipped it to my old address. They assured me they would get me reimbursed, however, because the post office rerouted the box I had to pay $8.75 that they will not reimburse me for. Then second box comes and it doesn't fit of course, but they're out of my size. You only get the money back if you keep or exchange. They're not budging and I'm out $50. SWINDLED!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
