Placed $130 on the 7th with expected arrival date between the 14th and 18th. Never received package. Emailed company requesting to cancel. Since items were not received. Received reply items were shipped on the 19th and provided tracking number. Have tracked package everyday since and it shows it has been picked up by a shipping company but USPS has not received package for shipping. Shows only scan was on the 20th at 3:10 am. Still no packages and still no refund.
No update, every time I attempt to contact customer service through the app it crashes I called spent 45 minutes on hold. Nightmare. 1st and last time. Already cancelled the subscription and I'm sure the box that shipped but hasnt had tracking updates in days will be my fault somehow. AVOID.
Maybe it's the current COVID situation, but it took a week for my order to even be "shipped," and then a week for it to arrive once it listed as "shipped". Can't even review the items at this point... still waiting for the package.

My first order from this website got delayed so I contacted customer service. It still took more than a month but the costumer service was super nice and fast so decided to trust them again.
After placing my second order, I ordered a few more items and this time paid extra for faster shipping.
The last order only took FOUR DAYS to get delivered.
It has been exactly a month since I placed the last two orders and the second one's still no where to be found.
I have been trying to contact them numerous times but no response or updates on my order AT ALL.
I AM FURIOUSLY UPSET AND PLANNING TO CANCEL MY VIP MEMBERSHIP.
NEVER SHOP HERE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Guys... This company sent me a box (charged me $20 for the styling fee or whatever, right) and 2 weeks later I still haven't received it. I got an email from the company saying it had been delivered, but it hadn't. Turns out, it was last seen in New Jersey somewhere and is probably lost for good. Anyway, when I called the company about it I was told pretty bluntly that they will charge me for the entire box (totaling right at $300!) and then they will issue a refund which could take up to 5 business days. The girl I talked to was unable to transfer me to a supervisor or anyone else, and wanted to keep mentioning the current Covid-19 pandemic and how that had probably affected the shipping causing it to be lost, and that was also the reason I couldn't talk to a supervisor, etc... but don't they understand that their CUSTOMERS are experiencing covid-19 as well? I have 3 kids at home! I can't afford to have $300 (plus the original $20) pulled from my bank account at some unknown time, for items they CAN SEE I never even received, not to be returned for up to a week and a half! I have bills I have to pay- and my husband has been off work for 8 weeks now due to the pandemic, and my hours at my job have been been cut in half. But none of this seems to matter to this company. It should never have been set up to automatically charge a customer the price of the items in the box BEFORE the company has confirmed that the customer even received it!
I received an email that my elite box was delivered but I never received it. I contacted them multiple times to get tracking information but have not received anything back from them. Why should they care... they will get paid. This is illegal and I will be cancelling my membership.

So ordered a bathing suit from Adore Me in APRIL, I knew there was gonna be a longer wait with the corona virus and even got an email about it but my email stated my estimated delivery would be May 6-8. Flash forward to today and my tracking still isn't even available through usps. I contacted customer service 3days ago and I'm still waiting on a response, at this point I just want to get my money back... I'll go to Walmart or target if I have to. #NEVERAGAIN
The order took a month to arrive and once it did an item was missing, another was the wrong size, and by mistake they included an item of a completely different size that was not in my order.

These people are thieves- my son who is disabled, has his card info stolen by someone who then placed an ordered from these People, I've tried for days to explain this to them and all they can reply is that there is no account with his name and email- well no duh. Trying to get his money refunded to him is a joke- they even sent emails stating that the 39.95 charge ( that's just one of them) wasn't processed - that's a lie it's was processed on May 2,2020 and today is the 20th still nothing
Message on website said package may have been lost. Contacted customer support. Package was mailed out a couple of days later. Super helpful. Thank you for all your help

On April 27th I ordered about $85.00 gifts for my daughter's birthday (5/9). Today is May 18 and she still has not received it! I had made several calls and they read from a script "due to the Covid19...

Ordered for the first time for a very special occasion I keep getting emails that my order was shipped then received I haven't gotten my order they gave me a ups tracking number and ups said it was delivered to post office they don't have it and neither do I is this a scam? They got my money and I got nothing I even asked if they could send me another set and I would be happy to pay for overnight shipping no reply and no phone call what a shame not what I guess or I know I got scammed so for you first time buyers don't order from this company unless you just like giving your money away I really am so disappointed and hurt that no one from this company will help me oh well you live and learn.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
