I ordered an Elite Box a little over a month ago and have still never received anything. My account says said that I should have had gotten it between May 26th - June 2nd. The link they offer for tracking of your package says that its still awaiting arrival in NJ. It's said this for about 3 weeks now. I've called the costumer service line multiple times, I've emailed them as well. I was able to get a hold of one representative over the phone, she told me that the box was somewhere in TN and that I should get it within a day from then. That was another week ago. Since then, my account has told me that I have received the box and that I have so many days to complete my checkout. All of to which I still have no box. Today I was notified its my last day to complete my checkout process. I went ahead and canceled my member ship and submitted return on all the items, for I don't know what else to do.
I don't have the order number, but I have the tracking number.
I ordered two swimsuits in May and still have yet to receive them. Tracking says they've been sitting in a warehouse in New Jersey for over a week now! Nobody has responded to my email and I cannot get a hold of anyone through the phone. I feel super scammed and I'm really disappointed. Even if I eventually receive my swimsuits (which I doubt) I will never use this company again. The fact you can't even bother responding to customer emails is just ridiculous. I luckily cancelled the VIP membership but I do hate the idea of unwillingly being signed up and billed monthly when I can't even receive my first order. Somebody please respond to me about my order!

It appears they really don't care about making additional sales. I have been trying over a month to add services, but a HUMAN is never able to help, just canned responses that are already on their website
So this is supposed to be a monthly subscription and I would assume by monthly, I should be receiving a box about every 4-weeks. I subscribed in April (I received my April box on April 29th). This is June and I am still awaiting by 2nd box (May box) which apparently shipped 3 weeks ago. I imagine they are coming up on billing me for a June box. I have tried to contact customer service via email (twice) and phone (twice), but I have been unable to get a hold of anyone or get a reply to on email. My initial email was sent 3 days ago and still no reply. My concern is that the clock is running on the 8-days to review product and pay and I haven't even received the product yet. I have one more day to left until I have to finalize and pay. At this point, I don't even know if I'm going to receive a box and they are probably going to charge my card on file for the items. So in closing, the customer service is TERRIBLE (I wouldn't even know if they could be helpful because you can't get anyone to answer or respond). Their shipping process is TERRIBLE. The whole process is completely unorganized and chaotic. Their products aren't bad, but because of all the other problems, I am unwilling to continue to deal with this company.
If you are Canadian, it is not at all worth it. The exchange rate plus customs makes it a terrible purchase. Plus the wait time for shipping is horrible.
I love the products though. If they would open shop in Canada then I would consider ordering again.
Ordered for a delivery 5/26. On 6/8 the order was still in NJ. Contacted customer service several times and got the same sweetness but no results. Today its still in NJ. They say it was shipped but it really wasn't. Then I thought I'd try "speaking" with someone. 40 mins on the phone waiting only to be hung up on. I know there are problems with the Covid thing but deliveries have not been this delayed. Sitting in NJ for over 2 weeks is simply not ok, and saying something has shipped when it truly hasn't. Just poor customer service
I ordered 3 bra and panty sets on 05/14, my items have still not been received and I called their customer service. The lady tried telling me that I had to wait 2 more weeks, and hung up. I will never order from this place ever again.
I enrolled with Adore me in April. I never recieved my May Elite box. I am currently being charged for items I dont have and Customer service keeps telling me to wait until the end of each week..
I subscribed and ordered may 12th I have never recieved my package and it's been almost a month. It's supposed to ship and recieved between 5-7 days I keep getting emails saying I've recieved it and I've replied saying even called that I've never recieved anything from them... I canceled my order and subscription and was hung up on... poor customer service when i said i was ending subscription and the emails all say i only have a 7 day trial and it's up to send bk what i dont want... i havent gotten anything... they wouldnt give me a refund until i get package and send it bk and they get it in there warehouse. I'm glad i paid with paypal and made a dispute and got my money bk. I'm not waiting another month to recieve something that they say should have been here within a week dont waste your money or time i was a 1st time customer and still havent recieved anything except a bill very unhappy
I have used this site for a while now and even got someone else interested. I used to be very happy with this service until last month. This is now the second month on a row that for some reason they dont want to accept my card. I cant even get them to respond to my email. Very unsatisfied as i have also now missed out on items i have planned on buying
Supposed to receive my first vip box on 5/10. Cancelled VIP on 5/19 because obviously you don't get what you're promised, when promised. They went ahead and sent the box on 5/20. And then I got an email stating that my VIP had been reinstated which I did not do. It's 6/5 and I still have no box. The tracking information they provided me is invalid. When I finally got a working tracking number it is still not out for delivery. I have a feeling If I don't get a new debit card, I will start seeing many unauthorized charges from adore me. Do not give them your payment information. They are not trustworthy.
I ordered a Box from this website almost a month ago. I never received the box. I sent them several emails all with no reply. And called them only to be told the call was unproductive and hung up on. I've never been so upset in my life and I've never been treated this bad by a company.
The absolute worst online experience I have ever had. I bought two sets of lingerie for my sisters bridal shower on May 28th. Due to the fact that she's plus size, as well as the closing of stores due to COVID-19, I went to Adore Me. After purchasing over $100 worth, Adore Me said my package would be delivered at the latest June 3rd. Normally, I wouldn't be pissed off about a late package. However, I paid extra money for fast delivery so I can have a gift for my sister (who's shower is OUT OF STATE). Needless to say, after SEVERAL failed attempts to get in contact with Adore Me, I went to the carrier USPS. Adore Me said my package was on the way two days ago. USPS said it hasn't even shipped. Do not buy online from this store, unless you want to get robbed.
Costumer service is terrible. Here is my experience:
- First time customer, super excited, signed up for elite membership
- I receive an email saying it was delivered 2 days or so prior to the end of delivery window. The order was not delivered.
- Called to verify situation, was told it's on its way and that the email was just a system thing. Cool.
- Order didn't arrive in time, so I called to check in because now the completion/ return clock is ticking. Told to just wait and if it doesn't arrive by the time I'm charged ($100+ for the whole order) then they will refund me right away. Was also told that they cannot cancel the order, they cannot extend the completion/ return window.
- Called after I was charged in full, no order still. Was told the refund would be all set.
- A couple days later I recieved another email saying they can't process my return because the package is almost there and asked me to just wait for it so I can return it once it gets here.
- Order was supposed to arrive by the May 26th, I was charged in full on the May 31st, promised a refund on the June 1st, and told my refund was not going to be processed on the June 3rd. It's June 3rd and I have no package.
What I find more frustrating than anything is their lack of trying to make it right in any capacity. The burden is all mine. Needless to say I will be canceling my membership.
I was part of the elite membership, adore me said they give you a $20 styling credit towards ANYTHING you purchase out of the box. That's a lie! I was charged full price because my item didn't qualify for that promotion. I will give them this, they did refund my money for the purchase but I'm totally out that $20

Ok so I received an elite box nothing fit right and it took forever to get to me the delivery date changed 3 times before I finally received it then I quickly returned it everything in the bags just as they sent me and they said that the returned items were not returned in same condition and charged me another $40 after I had already cancelled everything which is a task in itself but after 6 emails and 2 phone calls to them I thought I had it taken care of but now they want to charge me for items I returned this is a horrible company but I did finally get my money back after calling and getting hung up on
I wish i could write a proper review but since it has been 3 weeks going on 4 and i have yet to see any movement regarding my package or response back from customer service after my second time writing them... i'm going to have to say i'm not happy at all at this point.
I never received my box but was still charged for all the items. I emailed to let them know and they said they could not reverse the charges, even though I contacted them before the return period ended. They said they would send an email to credit me back but never heard back. I did, however, get an email about when my next box would be put together. No thank you! I cancelled my membership. Very disappointed!
Everything I have purchased from them is terrible quality and does not last long. Their customer service is deplorable. There are way too many other companies out there for you to deal with this one.
Its been a Month, and I haven't received my order from April 29,2020. It still shows it's in transit and has been in the same place for the last week. I have never had this issue in the past.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
