To start your Exchange or Return, please proceed with a laptop/desktop, sign in to your Adore Me account and follow the steps below:

2. Select the order that you would like to Exchange/Return by clicking the **Arrow** sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's found at the bottom of the subsequent page.
4. Choose whether you'd like to Exchange or Return then, click **Continue**
5. In the subsequent page, click on the **Print Label** button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
6. At this time you can send back your items within 90 days since the order's delivery date.
Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.
If you are returning for a refund and not exchanging, items are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set.
**Kindly return your entire set in its new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged or incomplete will not be accepted.**

1st time I ordered with Adore Me. The quality of the panties are the worst I have come by, And they do not give you the option to return or exchange at the least. Ordered about 8 panties that I can not even wear. As far as their Bra's go They are not true to size at all. I had way to much space in the cup area of the bra. Luckily I was able to return the bra with no issues.

I ordered the red/black boat neck tie dress, it was supposed to come off your shoulder and tie in the front of the dress with this special looking material. When I received the dress it looked like I had ordered straight from Haynes T-shirts. It looked nothing like the picture on the web-site. I tried posting a review on the web-site twice and it has never shown up. I don't have my order number because, but you know you are not sending the correct dresses. You are awful and a SCAM! I wish I could give a zero rating.

These people are horrible. I've been trying to get a refund for weeks. They keep telling me they've processed the return, and I'll see the refund within 1-3 business days, then they send me an email saying the amount of the return has changed, and I'll see the refund in 1-3 business days, then they send me an email saying they got my request to convert the refund to store credit (I NEVER MADE THAT REQUEST!) and I will see the refund in 1-3 business days. When I called to inquire why they converted the refund to a store credit, they claimed they didn't know why it happened, and now I'll see my refund in 3-5 business days. I really hate these people!

I have had a package that has not arrived and we can see that it is lost in the mail. They will not respond to my calls or emails. I have called daily. I have almost $100 worth of items that are simply lost and nobody will help. I am absolutely beyond frustrated with them! I was a VIP and AM OVER IT.

I love adore me so much. The stuff they sent in my elite box last time was suuuper cute.
My first box, i got the delivery notice and no box. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within the day saying it simply hadnt arrived yet. It came 2 days later and it was fine. I sent back my items i didnt want but i still havent heard anything saying they received it, so i havenlt gotten my refund yet.
The second box. It supposedly arrived last week. There was no box. I emailed customer service and they still havenʻt gotten back to me. Iʻve sent three emails. My card was charged for almost $200 for the items inside, but i still never received it. Customer service has yet to get back to me. And I was on hold for 30 minutes today.
I ordered a package from Adore me, I had not received it till this day. It has been weeks, I tracked the package and it would give me an estimate when it will arrive. A week would go by with no package I'd try to contact them there would be no response and USPS would say contact sender. Again I reached out to Adore me they finally respond that the package is on the way and an estimated date would be renewed. I waited, and yet again the package has not reached my doorsteps. The way it's going it'll be going on 2 months without my package. Now I requested a refund, I'm not going to sit around and pay for nothing.
I have been trying for three weeks to get in contact with their customer service help. I called multiple times at first then reached out via email. It's been six days since I sent the email and no one has answered me yet. No one answers the phone calls nor the emails. The website glitches all of the time at the sign in screen.
I placed my order over a month ago. Order placed on May 15, order was shown at UPS on May 31 where it supposedly sat for more than 2 weeks... i call bs! I've ordered several items from several companies over the past month and received everything with a matter of days! There is absolutely no reason it should take more than a month to receive my items. Otherwise what's the point? I will not order from Adore Me again.

I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
