I had a problem with an order recently. The Adore Me staff was not only quick to respond but quick to fix the problem despite the pandemic. I Love Adore Me. There products and customer service are without a doubt not just a 5 but rather a 10!
While i cant rate the product because after a month from order, they still havent delivered product. Horrible customer service. Hung up on me twice on the third call i explained that i travel for work in nursing and that I had been waiting near a month for my order, 169.00 worth of stuff and it still has not been delivered. I got the run around and was told that i would have to wait yet another week to which i responded i cant wait another week becasue my work was moving me to a different state and that i would have to cancel my order. They responded with they couldn't help me any further or give me a refund either and that i would still have to wait. I explained again that I wouldn't be at the same address. They wouldnt change the address to the one i was heading to either. Also, they have charged my account for VIP membership which I didn't sign up for. I have referred several coworkers and friends and will no longer refer anyone. My co-worker ordered from them a week after I did and she has already received her package. I am dissapointed with them and I'm not sure that I will order from adore me again

First off, I ordered 4/21 and received my order on 5/13. Even with the pandemic, I was told I would receive my order within a couple days from my original ship date. Not nearly 2 weeks later. I ordered 3 bra and panty sets, because it wouldn't let me order JUST a bra. I like the feel and fit of the panties. The bras, however, I feel differently about. I have large natural breasts, so it's difficult finding bras that are "cute" to me. I ended up with "boring" bras, yet again because of so many styles in my size being sold out. As well as the limited selection, the bras I received felt very flimsy and not well-made. These bras did not feel like they will last more than a couple months. I will not be ordering from this site again.
It took longer than expected to get here but with every going on that was totally okay. My order was amazing! Great quality and made me feel so good!

I ordered it almost a month ago and am still waiting to receive it. I was sent an email saying it arrived at my post office but that was over a week ago. Poor service
I ordered 10 pair of panties and a bra and panty set as well. All was too big and the worst part is that all of that money was wasted cause I can't return it. I went off the size chart given and it was completely wrong!
This was first time ordering from Adore Me. A really good friend told me about the products. While everyone is different I was not impressed or satisfied with the quality of anything I purchased. It seems really cheap and made from poor quality fabric.
I subscribed to Adore Me last month, and I might be slightly addicted. The app is easy to use, the prices are reasonable, the delivery is efficient, and they have an INCREDIBLE selection of like, everything. I have a bit of a larger mom body (a weird chubby belly, some extra skin, and my breast are a sad shadow of their former selves), and I have still been able to find so many things that not only fit a bigger/different body type, but actually flatters it! The sizing is spot on, there are so many cute things in all sizes, and so far the quality seems wonderful. They might make me go broke if I keep buying stuff, but at least I'll look good

I normally have no issues with Adore Me, but this order took almost a full month to get here. Not acceptable.
Even though I didn't receive my item on time, I received a refund for the extra I paid with no hassle. The clothes fit perfect and I am very impressed overall with my order

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
