My bra size is 36F But they didn't have that size in plus size
So I ordered a 38DD fit equivalently
And I ordered a size 0x in the bottom and my waist measurement is 37in and my hip measurement is 47 in, if that helps anyone

I ordered a generous amount of items. An item from my order was missing upon delivery so I've been calling customer service and get nothing but an automated person who repeats the same options no matter which option you chose. I've also reached out and emailed customer service via their help email and have gotten no reply. So I'm disappointed and have been cheated out of an item as well as the money used to purchase the missing item.
After a long wait and signing up to The VIP program, I never received my items after placing my order.

Everyone should avoid! I paid for one set at about £49, in March. It's now almost July and I still haven't received it. In fairness, they sent me another set as a peace offering, but I had to pay over £25 in shipping and customs charges for the pleasure! When it arrived, it was ok. But I could have bought a better quality set from the high street for much less!
THEN they charge my card ANOTHER £40 without my knowledge, as I had apparently subscribed to be a member?
Absolute disappointment is an understatement. I cannot believe how awful my experience has been. I of course understand that the pandemic might have played a part in this, but I'm just beyond angry.

As we deemed the initial package has been lost in transit, what we've provided is actually a replacement for the original set. We understand that you were able to receive it, however, you were charged customs fees.
Unfortunately, international custom fees are beyond our control. Any package crossing international borders may be subject to local regulations and fees in your country.

I signed up for their monthly box membership, they charged me $20 which I expected. What I didn't expect was for the package to take a month and a half to be delivered, I kept emailing them to track the package, which took days for them to answer. Then once I got the package, the return shipping label was defective, so USPS would not take the package. Once I emailed them again regarding the shipping label, they informed me that I would have to pay for shipping because they can't send me another shipping label, but they would refund me in store credit. After 2 months of dealing with this company for a package that was suppose to be delivered in 3 days, they really think I'm going to shop through their company? And the best part was that the material of the clothing was cheap once they sent it and definitely not worth the money! I would not recommend anyone to use this company and I hope this review helps someone in the future!

I placed an order two weeks ago and every time i look Placement of the order it's in prossesing they told me my stuff would be here June 24 2020 well today it's June 24 2020 and no package very angry I will not order from adore me again great product just hate shipping

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
