I STILL haven't received my order that I placed on June 26 and it is now July 13. I have tried customer service twice with no help as to where my order even is. It was supposed to arrive on July 7 and it is still posted on the UPS website as arriving on time... horrible company. I regret my purchase.
I was a long time customer (2yrs) with minimal problems. Im not sure what has happened over the last month. I placed my monthly order. What normally takes 3 to 5 days to receive turned into NEVER receiving. I called their customer service dept who was not helpful. They kept telling me to wait or refer to the tracking number. Order placed June 15th and last activity was on June 19th. No offer to reship two sets I ordered. After calling four times I emailed and they never replied. I have discontinued my membership and although I love their products im big on customer service. I got NO SERVICE from them. Only excuses and half $#*! apologies. Subscribe at your own risk.

I had to file a claim with the BBB to get my styling fee returned to me after I never received any shipment. There was no tracking update for anything after my shipment was listed as being at their New Jersey warehouse. After numerous emails where the customer service claimed they could not cancel the charges on my account, I contacted the BBB and cancelled my AdoreMe Elite membership and received email confirmation of the cancellation. Then, 10 days later, I saw that the website had retained all of my personal information, including payment information. I emailed the company again (they have been unreachable by phone) to demand the removal of my personal information. I informed the company that if I should receive any further charges to my account then I will notify the fraud department of my bank, as that is the instructions of my bank.

Adore me is a scam of a business especially their online shopping takes 2 months to get refunds and then they keep $6 of each set for a "restocking" fee and customer service line rings with someone picking up hours later only to hang up on you. They barely get back to emails and when they do it's just some generic copy and paste and it's not about any issue that you had. Extremely frustrated with this company and I warn people to not buy with them there are so many other Better companies that will treat you respectfully.

Even so, the packages sent back to our warehouse do have to process through a severe quality control system and once this is completed we receive the confirmation, and only then we can issue the refund.
Moreover, upon processing your return, it is stated that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set. This means your refund will be the total paid per set minus $5.95 per set refunded to you. You may avoid restocking fees by processing an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are free of charge (and we even cover the shipping back to us!)

My order was shipped on May 18th, and here it is July 7th, and my order is still not here. I do understand that, due to the pandemic, orders are taking longer, but nobody is able to even give me an estimate on how long. On June 15th, I was asked to give it 7 more days. Since that day, none of my e-mails have been answered. I had ordered items for a certain situation, and had to spend more money elsewhere to have it on time. At this point, I just would like for someone to answer me and let me know when it should be here. I have been given two different tracking numbers, and they tell me two totally different things, neither of which, are an estimated delivery date. At this time, due to lack of knowledge and communication, I would be hesitant to make another order.

Don't order from this company anymore. I placed an order for a gift for my wife on May 22 which is still not delivered and tracking shows it's been sitting in one spot since June 15th. USPS shows they are still waiting on the package. Customer support first asked me to wait until June 30th and if I still didn't get it to get back with them and they would take care of it. I was unhappy with that answer but I did. Well after a week they finally answer and their answer now is to wait some more time. IT HASN'T MOVED IN 3 WEEKS! They should be refunding my money and recalling their shipment instead they want me to wait 2 months after the order before I check back in. At that point I'm sure they will ask me to wait more. That is HORRIBLE customer service. What's worse is that it's the second time it has happened. I will not be doing business with them again.

I ordered two sets memorial day weekend and it said it would arrive by June 7, on June 22 when they still hadn't arrived I complained to Adore's customer service. They were prompt and gave me a voucher to replace the sets. I placed the order June 25, and the were supposed to arrive yesterday. The tracking still says delivery expected July 3, before 9pm. Nothing! I called ups and they told me they just delivered it to the USPS service.
For the prices Adore Me charges they should use more reliable shipping. I can't believe this is happening to me twice! I will not order again until they fix this!

I have orders that have been pending delivery for over a month, and the customer service department simply does not care. I have been an Adoreme customer for years, but at this point, I am disgusted with the lack of service and do not recommend purchasing their products. The "customer service" team is apathetic and extremely unhelpful stating that there's nothing they can do and the matter cannot be escalated. I've spoken to at least three offshore reps. They deserve zero stars.

Sad sad sad customer service and horrible delivery times. I placed an order on June 6th. It is July 2nd and it is still not here. I have followed the tracking and shipping and according to USPS it has been at the post office since the 20th. I sent three emails and one communication via the website. I called and was on hold for 30 min only to be told to call back Sunday.
Aryan didn't offer to contact the post office. She didn't offer a refund or discount or store credit. She said wait until Sunday and call back. This is sad customer service. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as writing reviews on all social media outlets. I told this agent that and she couldn't care less. I asked to cancel my membership and she said she couldn't help me. I am very disappointed.

I ordered on line and the address they used, despite having the accurate one, was incorrect. I tried to email and call - both are bots and got no response. My package was returned and I have not seen as yet. I would never do business again with this company.

Horrible customer service. I attempted to contact customer service three times before waiting on hold for a hour. The entire conversation was a waste of my time. The representative hung up on me. The processing time is slow. Once you have placed your order you MIGHT receive it three weeks later. Don't depend on the tracking number that is provided your items are not shipped when you receive the tracking number.

I signed up back on March 16,2020 and paid $20 to see if it was a subscription I might be interested in. I canceled the subscription as soon as they mentioned they were sending a customized box, which was 4/1. I immediately emailed them AND canceled online. A representative acknowledged my cancellation request on 4/2. They still charged me $109.85 and I never received the shipment. Even after canceling, they sent me a text the following month stating that they were preparing another box. I responded that I canceled the subscription. Despite canceling on April 1st, to date I have been charged: $20 (3/16) + $109.85 (4/1) + $20 (5/29) + $20 (6/30). To make matters worse, I never received any items from them. I clearly have to file a fraud report with my bank and I will be filing a claim with the BBB. I have all documentation to support my claim. They are relentless if you want to cancel.

I've gotten multiple pieces from this site and the ones I loved are great, good quality. But the ones I've had to return has been a horrible experience. They charged me a $6 restocking fee per unit I returned, and took 4 weeks to even process my return, now they have told me they are giving me a return $10 less then it is supposed to be on top of the restocking fees.? What the heck!? I am barely getting any money back from the return, I would have had better luck selling it myself haha.

This company has claimed to have sent me my first order, it has not arrived. They do not answer their phones, return emails or answer requests to contact me. Then took 109.00 dollars from my account, even though I have not received any items, nor can I track it with the USPS assistance.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
