I've ordered several things from AdoreMe and they're not bad, really not much to say bad about quality. Customer service is another thing. I ordered probably my 7th item from them over a 5 year period... I open it up and the item is INFESTED with ANTS on the INSIDE of the sealed garment bag. I call customer service to get a new one sent out ASAP, they wouldn't do anything more than a traditional return (I needed my item for my wedding the following week, no dice on that now). Also, because it was infested with ants which I do not want in my home, I had to leave the box outside which subsequently damaged it. That part, my fault I get, but who wants ants in their home? When I contacted them, they said they won't send out a new box, i would have to get my own. All in all, not the biggest deal. What I was surprised by was their lack of caring about the fact that their item shipped out with ANTS inside it and they really didn't want to help beyond a "normal" return process. With covid going around and taking care of 2 small children at home, the whole process is too much of a hassle I'm willing to get into. Wish it would have not cleared their shipping facility in that condition in the first place.

So I guess I'm next in line to complain. I ordered about 180 dollars worth of merch based on reviews I had seen elsewhere before the pandemic. I understand that the pandemic caused a lot of problems with shipping. I ordered on July 6th. Today is July 25th. Still nothing.
I have emailed to ask for a full refund because the tracking says that they are still awaiting the package from Adore Me. I was told that tracking numbers arent always scanned along the way. That's true, but they are at least scanned when they get shipped out after the package is received at the shipping facility. So, I gave it another week and another email. No response.
I was happy to see that someone is filing a dispute with their credit card company. I hadn't thought of that. Looks like that's my next step. It's unfortunate that this is my first experience with them. I mean, I got something from Dresslily all the way from China in a week!
I'm sure I'll see their automated response to this rating asking for me to contact them. I already have, a couple of times. Just issue my full refund since the o never received the items and they obviously haven't left your facility. I'll be disputing this charge next week. Just do the right thing

I returned an item almost as soon as I received it, over 5 weeks ago. I have emailed and waited a week for a response, I have called several times and waited on hold anywhere from 30-60 minutes and still NO REFUND! This is why I prefer to shop Amazon, they would never keep my money for 5 weeks. Their customer service is terrible!
I placed an order on June 21st and the tracking information hasn't changed since. I've contacted the company several times cause it seemed the package was lost in transit. All i got was the run around. The first two times I called I was reassured it was on its way and given a ten dollar credit to my account for the inconvenience. The third time I reached out my concern was supposed to be escalated and no one got back to me. After waiting 40 days in total for my items to get to me and no help from customer service I am forced to dispute the charges with my bank. It sucks cause I actually place a second order on July 11th. It got to my house in a week and I absolutely loved the bra. But due to their inability to communicate I will never order from them again.

I joined the VIP and allowed my credits to accumulate for several months. When I finally placed my order, supposedly a package was shipped but it was supposed to arrive 20 days ago and the company can not tell me when it will arrive. I cancelled the VIP membership to avoid future charges and they deleted my account so I can not track orders. I can not get customer service to understand I am frustrated that my order (paid in advance) is no where to be found and I won't be able to dispute all of it on my credit card. I do not recommend this company.

I tried elite membership and they took the $20 styling fee but i never recieved my box. Its a month later and contacted them 3 different occasions and the final words to me from customer service was "no refund and there is no manager". What a scam.

I'm a first time customer who ordered a lingerie set and panties that were on sale for 5 for $25. I was surprised to receive only 1 pantie and sent several emails and called to have this rectified because it's utterly ridiculous to spend that much on one tiny piece of underwear! Reps told me I should have placed qty. 5 to get the promotion, but nowhere on the website and the ordering process did they warn you so you could actually get what you were paying for. To add to that, the item can't be returned or exchanged either, so boo to me! Bottomline, thanks a mil, we got your money, nothing can be done, have a nice day. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN and I will tell my friend to steer clear.

5. In the subsequent page, click on the **Print Label** button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
6. At this time, you can return your set(s) within 90 days since the order's delivery date.
Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.

I've been waiting two months for my package. I got no word on shipping information for a month and a half and then it declared itself as shipped but has been sitting at the Jamaica ny airport for three weeks and hasn't moved. No one will help me or get back to me but they send me multiple emails a day on all this new and "wonderful" product I should buy. Ya right. I'll never give them another cent
I ordered their products and didn't fit for me so I returned but I'm still waiting to get the refund of the orders. I've been waiting for more than 30days. Customer service never answers. I will never ever use them! They are too unprofessional. I usually don't leave reviews, but this company needs to be improved for customers' safety

Do not shop from adoreme. Do not give them your card information. They will charge you out the $#*!. All kinds of random $#*! charges every single month. On top of that, they will STEAL from you. They charged me $140.00. Then I never received anything. I told them I wanted my money back and they are refusing too. They are not only stealing from me, but my 2 small children. Do not shop from this site. They are $#*!ing scam artists. They will rob you blind like they have been doing to me. They charged me every month multiple times from January up until now. I had to deactivate my card to get them to stop charging it. Then they starting charging my new $#*!ing card even tho I have canceled my subscription HUNDREDS of times! Every month they would charge me and I would never receive a $#*!ing thing. And even tho they STOLE and OWE ME HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS they still kept trying to charge me. Save your money this company sucks. I'm having issues with receiving my order so I contacted customer service both through an e-mails and I called. My e-mails never receive a response and I was on hold for over 15 minutes just to speak to a someone that is of no help at all. You can not cancel your order you will need to receive your order then you to pay for the order to be refunded to you. So they lie to you when they tell you refunds are free, they have a cost. There products are okay but you can go to another company that has better customer service for the prices your paying.

The order has been taking more than a month to receive it. Called customer service and I was on hold for more than 30 mins no one answered. I received an email saying I had a store credit for $39.95 and it turns out they charged my card for that amount, how is that a credit if you are taking it from my account. I would not recommend, very upset and I paid 160 dollars for my order. I'm probly going to return everything whenever I receive it if I ever do receive it.

I placed my order on June 20. My anniversary is July 15. Due to COVID-19, I understand that there may be some delays. Today is July 14 and I don't have a package in site. My order is almost $70. A lot of money tO be paying for an item that hasn't been received. Everything was an excuse. COVID-19, not enough staff for delivery and no supervisor available to talk. $20 credit is not good enough. A full refund and my item would have been better. Thank you for ruining my anniversary. Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
