I decided to cancel my membership one year ago and I am STILL getting emails reminding me about my upcoming shipments and charges on my credit card. I have received 3 confirmations through email and 3 confirmations over the phone that my account has been canceled and my card information has been deleted but I was recently charged for a whole box. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
I had a late package... was lost in the mail for over a month. They have me vouchers for replacement products and the lost package ended up being found. Great customer service.

I've ordered a total of 7 items from Adore Me and this one is by far my favorite. The fabric is soft and it compliments my curves. Not too big or too small. My husband also gives it a thumbs up.

Usually I love everything from adore me but this bra was more like bondage straps then a nice bra. The elastic is so tight it creates fat where there isn't any.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
