They said they had it in stock and said my package was shipped then e mail couple days later. They didn't have it in stock and that I would have to pick something else. I needed this for a bachelorette party! They don't do over night and would help pay for anything. When I called customer service they wouldn't help me at all. Won't waist my time with them again.

I made one purchase with VIP before understanding the terms. They refunded my money and were kind so I was happy. Since then I have been charged non stop each month after cancelling and calling multiple times this caused me to overdraft my bank account. They also won't let you speak to a supervisor. I would put order number or proof of purchase but there simply isn't one. I will never buy from this site again I suggest you don't as well unless you want to be charged 40$ for nothing.

Not good, I ordered something to wear on a special occasion and to ensure it was here sooner I picked the expedited option. The item was not even shipped by the delivery date and was here after the date I needed it.
I complained and got my money back for the rush and the shipping label was generated, but the package was not really shipped until a days later.
So I was not able to get the items on the date I needed them.
Not sure if I will buy from here again.
Good quality lingerie, much better than some other online vendors.

Very small selection for my size and since my top is not plus but my bottoms are I have to choose if I want underwear I can't use or a bra I can't wear
I also got a corset and it is cute but unless you're just standing straight up it comes unbutton/hooked and the clasp to hook to thigh highs is plastic and doesn't function as it should

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
