They charged me the total cost even though I sent the box back. Horrible customer service and horrible company overall. Stay away!
After two weeks, I received my package for the order to be completely incorrect. Their solution was to offer me vouchers to buy the two items AGAIN. My third item was an add on, so I could not get a voucher. After a phone call, I was promised a refund. Nothing. I emailed their support team. Their response was "why would they issue me a refund at all?" I also have to ship back their wrong item. If I requested a refund for their mistake, they would have charged ME a fee per item to "restock it". It does not cost anything to restock air. This site is a scam!
Note: other reviews who had a similar problem and were promised refunds got zero money back.

After using adore me measurements I purchased a few items. Once the items were received the sizes were incorrect. I immediately re-packaged the items, sealed with tape. I made my label and shipped back the next day. It states you can get a refund for your purchase upon return aside from the re-stocking fee. However i was only refunded a 1/4 of the price I spent. I then contacted adore me through email with me order number and my concern. A few days later I received an email back stating the merchandise I shipped back was labeled damaged and or dirty! Neither of those are true. It also stated in the email to check attachments for photos of the merchandise, however there were no attachments in the email. Adore me is dishonest. Complete scammers through and through. The measurements chart they have also B. S. I would NOT recommend Adore Me to anyone! I will be going back to Victorias Secret!

I made one purchase with a VIP account without understanding the terms. They are absolutely not clear on this. Since then, I've been charge every month and though they have refunded the fee every month, cancelling the membership is ridiculously difficult. I called and they said they cancelled it, but I was charged the next month. It is impossible to cancel through your own account, as their link for cancelling doesn't work. Be very careful if you order from this site.

First off the item didn't fit me properly and I had to send back my item still haven't gotten my refund it's been more than a month I contact customer service plenty of times they haven't resolved my issue they send me an email saying my item was dirty and demaged and no it was not I'm calling tomorrow and tell them about this and I'm cancelling my account I'm done never again will I buy anything from this company

I'm sorry to hear that the item didn't fit. The fit varies slightly with different brands and fluctuates naturally as time goes on. We suggest getting sized at least once or twice a year.
Moreover, we would definitely recommend you trying our fitting guide. Just above the size drop-down box that's found on each set's or item's display page, you'll find the Size Guide link which brings up our useful Size & Shape Guide.
There, under the Bra Fit Guide, you'll find our bra calculator which can assist you with finding the best size, based on your bust and band measurements. Simply input your measurements and we will provide your best Adore Me fit.
However, I understand that you've returned the set to us. Please know that all packages do have to go through a standard quality control system. It can mean that the package may have been successfully received but just not completely processed yet.
You'll be refunded for any returned sets after they'll be received back in our warehouse and processed. We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return in its original condition.

I wanted to love Adoreme.com, I really did. I ordered from them a couple of times and the products were on the level of Target who carries decent stuff but Target's price point is more in line with the product being sold. Also I ordered panties twice and they were HUGE! I could have fit 2 people in 1 pair. I bought them on sale and they were not returnable so I just left them in the package and am donating them to Goodwill. So that was a waste of $10 x 6 pairs. Their website IS easy to navigate and if you are a "Member" they do make it easy to skip months. I do like that feature a lot.

Ordered for the first time from Adore Me and my package came within a week n a half! Two products that I had ordered for sleep wear had lace on them and I was nervous it'd be itchy and uncomfortable. But, thankfully that's not the case! With my experience, I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I bought from this site and no I did NOT sign up for any elite membership. If they make you sign up when you buy something, then they did not make that clear when I was checking out and made that as lowkey as possible. If I had known that they would be charging me $40 a month for no absolute reason at all, I would've immediately just gotten off the site. To be fair, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the blame for not paying attention. I asked for a refund and got my refund back. Then I cancelled my account with them. THEN I start noticing I'm getting charged AGAIN. So now I'm thinking, ok maybe I didn't 100% make sure it was cancelled. So I went on their site again and MADE SURE that I was 100% cancelled and done and I did not want to do it anymore. Here I am yet again getting another charge for $40. I now have to change my card. Absolutely ridiculous and the panties aren't even that great.

I have been an elite member since March the first box arrived to me extremely late in which I did not like any of the styles that were sent so I sent them back the next box I received over a month late and after keeping all four items I was charged full price at $149 and then the next box I received was almost 2 months late and because I did not receive a box in September (which it's still August) I was charged $20 due to them being late and to "pay the stylist". I have now cancelled my membership and have requested my money back. I will never buy from this company again and I will let everyone I know that this is a scam a waste of time and a waste of money.

I cancelled my membership in July 2020. After canceling they sent me a box and charged me. On 8/16 and 8/24 they charged me $80.00. They do this regularly according to the BBB. Now tomorrow I have to file a complaint with my bank as well as change my account information. What a scam!

I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but that does not change the fact that their shipping practices are bad. They ship through a ‘USPS partner' named Pitney Bowes. It must be cheaper, because it seems worse in every regard. Tracking is unreliable and barely ever updates. I placed my order at least ten days ago. I'm now 3 days past the "arrival date" and the package hasn't even gotten to my state. This is my first order with AdoreMe, and it will probably be my last unless the lingerie is absolutely amazing. The shipping is inexcusable for items that are so expensive. And it makes the company seem unprofessional.

The past three months I haven't gotten any boxes and each time I try to talk to customer service they tell me a different answer. Last month I thought it was all figured out and the lady said it should be all squared away. Their month comes around, I get me text that it's being so it together. Then go check on the date and it changes to the end of the next month. I went to ask why and thiS month and the lady just says I was a payment vacation(which I never clicked on, I wanna spend my money on you guys) if I was on a payment vacation why didn't the people the last two times tell me this. July she said I should be getting me box in august. Please help never got my (may, July, or august) all for the no reason. I have money in that account always.

My man tried to sign up for me, and ever since then it's been like pulling teeth to try and get communication and update his email to mine, make exchanges and try and get the right sizes! They are also very slow and delivery! I would not recommend them! Also, never have the things I want, it's like they go out of a size & NEVER get it again! Soooooo frustrating! Ive been a loyal VIP member at adore me for 9 months. Ive really enjoyed the products ive recieved. I couldn't understand all the complaints until it was finally my turn. I received a box that had underwear & no matching bra.
The customer service is so horrible it doesnt justify ever dealing with the frustration of this company. They keep telling me theyll give me a $10 credit for not delivering a $50 bra! Cant reach anyone, no one responds to email except with form responses that dont address the specific problem.
Disappointing to turn my back on a company i was enjoying until now. Do yourself a favor & google search all the fraud claims before you buy. Never again.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
