I love the Adore Me sets! I saw the set and it was out of stock. I asked and Adore Me notified me when it restocked and I bought it! I was told I was sent a box. I never received it. I was in constant contact with Adore Me. They said it was returned to sender then they sent an email that they received the item back. Then they said they would refund the styling fee and I wouldn't be charged for the box I never got. Guess what I was charged $100. Liars. What a great first impression. I wouldn't waist your money.

Order items for 1st time on 8/31 and have not received. Adorme is telling us that USPS has the product, but when we filed a claim with USPS we are informed that it has not been dropped off to them. All we are doing is getting a run around and now being told we have to wait until 10/2 to see if we receive the items. If not them will process a refund.
All I am asking for are the items for my upcoming vacation which is in a week.

Even though we do our best to ensure that we provide 1-2 business day processing time and 3-7 business days of the shipping date, there are isolated occurrences when despite our best efforts, orders can be delayed due to external factors beyond our control.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
