Started out good. Then started getting the same stuff every month, even though I filled out the questions on preferences. Started getting boxes late, then one month not at all. Got charged for all items in a box we sent back. Now just got charged for two items in a box they claim was damaged. One of which I never handled. The other was just tried on. No explanation of damage- just $40 charge. Can not get a hold of them about the $114 charge from the box we sent back all items in, doubtful any more attempts will be successful. Will try again next week. One box had two of the same pieces in it. Very disappointed. Will never open another box - I'll simply send it right back if I get one again. This was a gift from my husband. Thoughtful - but wrong company choice.

Was charged $20 for returning an item because it was "defective or dirty" and I never even tried the item on. Look it out of the bag, look at it and put it back in the bag and returned it.
The package came on time. Everything fitted perfect.

I placed my order on their website. After paying I got my confirmation email and my item did arrive when it was scheduled to. USPS tracking was off but that wasn't Adore Me's fault.

The package arrived without damage and with the contents in perfect condition. I haven't had any major problems with the products or the company itself and the products are of great quality/design.
My only problem is that the method of tracking the package and the updates associated with it are a bit inconsistent. That could be due to COVID and other mail issues. So it definitely won't stop me form ordering from them again.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
