My product arrived quickly and without any hassle. The fabric of the item feels a bit cheap though and not really worth the money spent on it.

I had money that I had not used to buy product, called and asked for a refund because I had plenty of undies at that point, the customer service rep was horrible. We talked in circles for awhile until I hung up and requested a refund via email. This happened in 2017 and still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I havent looked their way since

I have on 3 separate occasions had them charge my card for a full box. Twice they charged me before I ever even received my shipment. And this last time I paid for items, sent some back and it is now almost 3 months later and they said they did not get the box and charged me for the full box. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

I was a customer in 2018 and cancelled my membership in 2018. Never since then did I receive another box which should makes sense because I cancelled as I mentioned before in 2018. All of a sudden in 2020 they send me a box. I didn't want it because again I cancelled in 2018. So I sent it back with the provided return label that was already on the package. This return label was damaged due to the way adore me put it on the package so it was rejected and sent back to me again. I called and sent emails telling adore me to send me another return label. The answer was that I should buy it and they will refund me after I send them my receipt. WHAT? I DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS PACKAGE and on top of that you placed the return label on the package before hand in a way that it gets damaged as soon as you open the box. I also sent an email and asked for a call back from a supervisor or manager since no one in charge was available when I first called. No one ever returned my email or phone call and now Adore me just went into my bank account and took out over $119 for items that I never wanted and a service I cancelled 2 years ago and they just activated again without my permission. That's fraud and tomorrow morning I am calling my bank with exactly that!

I canceled my membership as most of the bra & pantie sets looked good on line - but were totally uncomfortable and had terrible fit. I found that the padding in the bras was so oddly manufactured it gave my breasts a weird shape when wearing a shirt, and every single pair of panties were booty climbers! The product wasn't what it was claimed to be and found it poorly constructed. Every item I bought that had lace, was so itchy my skin broke out in rashes. A size Large sports bra was like a junior XS. Way too much trouble & money. I do not recommend this product line.

I wish I could review the items from my initial order but nearly a month after placing it I have still not received my box. To make matters even more special my 7 day return for r exchange period started on the day the company site said I should receive my order even though it has been sitting in one spot for 5 days still 700 miles from here with no date available for an estimated delivery. They use a company called Pitney Bowes for their shipping instead of a simple flat rate usps box that would deliver in 3-5 days anywhere in the country. If possible I would rate 0/5 because as it looks I will be charged for items that I will never see before being charged and will not have the ability to return or exchange anything. Every time I have reached out to customer support I am just sent a copy/paste about how covid is impacting the shipping even though the many other items I order from e-tailers all over the country have had no issues whatsoever. I really wanted to love this but poor choices by whoever chose their shipping have lost me as a customer.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
