AVOID THIS COMPANY!
It's been over a month since my purchase and I've yet to receive my order. Customer service told me to call back in a couple of days if the package had not arrived. Called again since the package did not arrive and they gave me the same canned response to wait longer (another week).
When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they could not transfer my call.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service has had ample opportunity to resolve the issue, but has failed to do so.

I've ordered a total of four sets and have been very satisfied. I am really glad they carry my size (38H) and in more colors than just white, black, and beige. It is so convenient the undergarments are sold as sets, it's easy to get matching underwear. The lace designs are gorgeous and feel quality! The bras have great support and are comfortable. I believe they are a strong contender as one of the best bras brands.

Products have been good but not matching overall promise of best fit ever at least for plus size. Love the tshirt bras but the rest have not been that much out of the ordinary especially for the price.

The quality alone is worse than Walmart. Most uncomfortable bra/underwear I've ever thrown away after 1 wear.

Site is great in that it is one of the few that allow me to shop by size, so that i don't waste time looking at items that aren't available in my size. Found a couple of things to order but then the site would not accept my CC info. Called customer service and they couldn't help so they escalated my call and said someone would get back to me. I NEVER heard back despite pinging them and asking them for a status update. A few days later, I decided to try my order again and it went through. After that, the items arrived as advertised and within the estimated delivery window. I would probably order from them again if I found something I liked, but heaven forbid you have an actual problem and need customer service to ACTUALLY DO something.
