I received 2 boxes from Adore Me. The first one, I tried all 3 items on, kept 2 and sent 1 back immediately. About a week later, I received an email stating that they'd charged me $20 for the item I returned because it was "damaged." I immediately called and was told they would refund me the charge. When my second box came in, I tried on only 2 of the 3 items. I kept those, and sent the third one back. This time I received an email stating that my return was received, no mention of a charge, but the status showed as "damaged." I checked my credit card statement, and sure enough, another $20 charge. I DIDN'T EVEN TRY THE ITEM ON, how on earth could it have been damaged?!? I sent it back the SAME day I received it, too. Again, I called and was told I'd receive a refund for the charge. In checking my CC statement, I still have not received the first refund, which was supposedly sent on 11/18. Who knows if I'll get this refund, but I've had enough. What's the point of sending out clothing to try on at home if you're going to claim everything is damaged when sent back? And how bogus is it that something that wasn't even tried on was supposedly damaged? Total BS. The icing on the cake was when I attempted to cancel, there was a link to "chat immediately" as an attempt to retain me. I took the bait and sent a message stating my dissatisfaction. 3 DAYS LATER I got a canned response. No thanks.

However, please note that our warehouse will expect these sets in its new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to prevent penalty charges.
For this reason, all returned items go through a thorough sanitary inspection when received in our warehouse. If your return did not pass the standard quality control, the set will be tag as "Dirty" or "Damaged". But it doesn't mean that the sets are damage. Please understand that as a lingerie company, we place great importance on the sanitary aspect of our services & products.

I enjoy ordering undergarments online.
The quality is not that good.
I DO NOT like looking at half naked, fat women.
I was fat once and did something about my appearance and I don't want to be brainwashed into thinking it's okay.
There are women that need the various sizes and that's understood. I don't need to see them.
For this reason alone, I will leave their platform.

I have asked to only see items in my size. In an era of "Inclusiveness" that does not include my money. I find them unattractive and a turn off to my shopping experience.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
