Worst customer service
January 21, 2021

This company ships through USPS, they do not give you an option for a more reliable shipping company. I paid for something 3 weeks ago, the package is lost. The company will do nothing about it till the 29th. They send automated emails when you ask for assistance. Then say nothing other than to continue to wait. They will not look into the issue and offer any help.

Black Friday order x 2. On Black Friday (11/27) my wife and I decided it would be a good idea to sign up for the Elite Box and also ordered $200+ (placed 2 separate orders on the same day). The first order arrived as advertised on 12/3 which was a day early. Very satisfied with the order. The second order (placed on the same day, same shipping address) was supposed to arrive on 12/4 - 12/8 but did not arrive. We patiently waited a few days and tracked the package. The package is supposedly in Illinois as of 12/10 (Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, CAROL STREAM, IL *******). I called, chatted, sent emails to customer service and no one in their NON AMERICAN customer service center seems to know the delivery status of the order. They tell me to track the package which I do and it says stuck in Illinois. I have asked to speak with a supervisor but they said "due to the world wide pandemic our supervisors are unavailable". 100% sounds like they are using the pandemic as an excuse for their inability to keep up with demand or they do not have the right shipping partner or they simply do not care.

Typically I would expect delays around the holidays but this order was placed on 11/27. I also asked that they simply resend my order (of course I am happy to pay full price) but they said just wait for the package to arrive.

Does anyone have suggestions for another company/brand? Perhaps Victoria Secret?

I wrote the company because I started being charge for adore me and I have no access to my account they cannot find my account or my information but I am still being charged every month for attorney do not use this company they will not fix it they have made no attempt to even try to fix it

As seen in the photo, I placed in 11/26- In had not received this order within 3-5 days as normal. On 12/08 I spoke to Cath over the phone to express my concerns about my order. She advised I wait until 12/12 and let her know if it wasn't received, we would explore other solutions. She did offer $10 store credit for the delay and followed up with an email. (She was very helpful) On 12/12 I responded to the email and let her know I had not received it. I got Chloe and she responded with the generic company email and I asked her to forward my response to Cath. On 12/15 Cath responded and provided solutions, which one of them would be full refund back to my card on file. Stated 1-3 business days by a specialist and a confirmation email. It's 12/18 and spoke with Nichole whom explained 14 day wait from 12/10 scan before I can receive a refund. This is crazy to be penalized for something I have no control over. As shown in the snapshot, the delay started with the company. Then was not sent out for 6 days maybe. Then was waiting for item in Atlanta, GA and scanned in Grapevine, TX and waiting back I'm Atlanta, GA. I have to wait til 12/25 for possible refund of my money. I have not received this package yet. I have canceled my account due to this most recent policy that I have to wait 14 more days before it's considered lost for a full refund. Just on 11/13 I ordered a gift for my sister and she received the package sooner that I am. I spend money twice in the same month.

Buyer beware, I ordered items for my honeymoon, tbe estimated delivery dates came and went so I called customer service and explained the situation and need for urgency. I was told there was I thing they could do, couldn't ship the order to me within the next five days! Marisel, the customer service lady suggested I go to a "real store". Never ever again.

Lost package

I ordered my wife 4 sets of pajamas and they got lost in shipping. Contacted customer service and they gave me 4 promo codes to reorder and they didn't work so I ordered the same sets and paid for them again maybe I will get them this time.

So I placed an order on 11/28 and I got an alert it shipped same day. Well, here I am on 12/16 and the tracking makes no sense and there is literally nothing showing the package has even left them. I get basically a preshipment screen that showed in NY, then GA, then CA and GA again on the same day but no actual info. Every time I click the tracking it says it is "on its way to USPS" and customer service will not even say who is delivering it so I have no one to contact. It have tried to contact CS 3 times and all 3 times I get a response that tells me that it will be coming. I was told also to wait until 12/23 before I should contact them again. I spent $80 and I just want my stuff. I will be canceling and will probably have to dispute the charge as well since I am convinced it is never coming. This makes me sad because I was so excited to find a company that offered cute items in my size.

There are some reasons why tracking information may not be updated. The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not trackable.

Even so, just like any other company, we do this by following certain internal policies that have been put in place to efficiently help our customers.

My package has been lost in the mail and they so far have done nothing to help. Email, you just get bot responses and no help. Call, and I was hung up on 3x and they refused to offer any solutions and said I have to wait until the 17th before they can do anything to help. Meaning that something I ordered in November for a Christmas gift, shall not arrive on time.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I don't know how this has positive reviews at all. After my order never coming I search if this place was a scam and it appeared to be pretty positive. But sure enough now they charge my card monthly for a subscription I never know I signed up for. And of course it says you can request a refund but yeah right that's no where on their site. What a joke of a website. I contacted customer service and they said they can't send me a refund because they already sent out a box of stuff. Stuff I didn't order! I can't even remove my credit card info on it either so I guess I will have to cancel the card. Hope my review at least helps one person. Don't waste your time and energy this close to christmas

Buyer Beware!

I ordered "several" items "on sale" for their Black Friday promotion. 2 weeks later I receive a notice that my sizes are "out of stock" and my order cancelled (after I had paid for it). Of course the sale promotion was over and there was no offer or option to reorder replacement items at the sale price... yet, my sizes for the exact same items I was denied were available if I wanted to pay the $39.95 regular price.

It seems they just want to string you along until you decide to pay full price.

Shame on you to mislead me the first time... shame of me if I let it happen the second time.

I ordered two set November 14th and they still have not arrived. I have called numerous times and they always say "we understand your frustration", but they are not able to solve the problem. They push the blame on the "shipping partner", but refuse to give me a refund. They also will not transfer you to supervisor. As a customer, you are just stuck with the purchase, which is always the worst fear of an online shopper.
