I love that they offer bras larger than DD, as they are very hard to find. Their bras are generally quite nice, although the underwear is usually pretty ugly and granny-ish. I generally just wear the bra from sets. The sets are expensive. The vip membership is annoying but not a deal breaker. What has become a deal breaker for me with this company is the terrible customer service and false advertising. Their website indicates a flat shipping rate to Canada and other countries outside the States. For Canada it is advertised as $5.95. When you go to check out though it comes up as $12.95 instead. That means it will be $49.95 plus $12.95 USD for a bra and underwear set where the underwear is ugly, plus the possibility of an additional 50% of that in duties to get over the border. If the bra doesn't fit there's no point sending it back as I will have to pay shipping and restocking fee. I contacted the company using their online feedback to say that their shipping rate was inconsistent and heard nothing back, so I emailed instead and received a form response saying thanks and here is the answer below, but there was no answer. I tried again to email and used the online feedback form, same result. I responded to the email indicating it looks like something has gone wrong and finally got a response, after all this taking multiple weeks. The response was that the shipping rate has changed and the website needed to be updated. It wasn't even am apologetic response. They said they would let the team know to update it. I indicated they needed to update it or start honouring the advertised price. No response. It has been 6 months that the advertised shipping rate and checkout shipping rate have been inconsistent. I never received responses for the online feedback form and the 1 email response I did get sent the message they really didn't care about the issue. I recommend people look at other companies, ones that give a damn about their customers and don't lie about their prices. If you can get past that and have piles of extra money to throw away if it doesn't fit and you live outside the US, give it a shot.
I've made two orders so far. The first one got a tracking number and then nothing. UPS/USPS never showed where they received the box. Adoreme was good and they shipped another one out 2-day. Second box... same thing - tracking number but UPS/USPS never received. This time they won't do anything for me and because I looked online to see what was in the box, I have to be charged the full amount for the order and then try to request a refund. I have good feeling my box is sitting around somewhere in a warehouse and nobody wants to step up and find it. Too bad, too, because I really liked the 2nd box and would have purchased the whole thing. Instead I have to pay for the whole thing without receiving anything and hope and pray for a refund. I'm fully prepared to file a complaint with my bank because this sounds like a scam to me.

I wish so much that I could give you negative stars. The customer service is a total nightmare. I have emailed and emailed and emailed and done their "one click refund" crap about 14 times. Nobody responds. I still havent received my refund. I got a reply to a bad review telling me to contact them and that someone would handle it personally, and I still havent gotten any response. This was the WORST decision I ever made. Adoreme is a joke. They dont give refunds, they don't give store credit, they don't respond to emails, multiple emails. This website and its customer service is the absolute worst nightmare I've ever experienced! Horrible horrible horrible!

I'm getting married on 11.26.2020. During this time social distancing is a must, so I planned a relaxing time with just me and my wife for our honeymoon. She never had lingerie before bcuz her breast size is a 38i, so I placed an order on November 10 with enough time to enjoy OUR special moment. I wanted her to feel sexy... I wanted her to experience something something she never experienced before... ALL while getting me kudos... here it is November 18... and I'm receiving an email saying my items where marked as undeliverable. And the money was put back on my account as store credit and they are encouraging me to order again free of charge... I can sit here a list a million and one things that I find wrong with this... and yes ALL of them can and could b fixed... but the one thing that cant b fixed is this moment in time that will be missed... That here I am 8 days away from getting married and I hv to replan everything I already had figured out during this Pandemic... I am truly hurt and disappointed... and NO ONE can even guarantee me that if I order again if I'll ever get it... bcuz everything on my end was done correctly... My address was correct and my payment went thru... this is heart breaking and I'm extremely fustrated bcuz what was once ALL plan out... now has no plans at all...

I'm very disappointed with this brand! This is the second time that I ordered and that my package has never arrived. The first time when I placed my order in June 20,2020 and never arrived. I contacted them in July and after 2 weeks they replied and gave me back the amount of my purchase as store credit. I placed a second order in August 18,2020, but it still never arrived and I didn't receive any email for delays or any explanation. Its now November 12 and customer care does not answer.
Also it automatically enrolled me on a monthly charge that I never authorize! It is possible to get the refund, but they should have never made it without the customers permission!

I purchased three items and exchanged two. There process allows you to do an immediate exchange. Which I did. Bad decision. Months later they are now saying I never returned the items, which I did, and are charging me for them. There is of course no way for me to prove I did or that the package wasn't lost somehow by them or the post office. So I am out of money for items I do not have. Ridiculous. DO NOT do the exchange. Just return the items and get your money back for the items.
UPDATE: Notice the business response below and take this as proof that their customer service and business practices are not good. Customer service rep clearly didn't even read my review.

I ordered my girl a pajama set and could not order the pants and shirt in different sizes, they had to be the same. I ordered xlarge because of my girls breast size so the pants ended up being too big. The shirt was tiny even though it said xlarge and was to small for her. Sizing needs to be more user friendly.

The cup sizes are way too small and the waist band is way too big. They also are not consistent between pieces. I had to give all my bras away to a friend.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

Just a refresher, all orders outside of the U. S may be subject to customs fees. We try to make this as clear as possible by providing this information on our website prior to purchasing.
Customs fees are processed by the Canadian government and chosen at their discretion. We do not have details on the selection process of which packages will be subject to fees.
You are never obligated to pay this fee as you may reject the package. It will then be returned to our warehouse and once received we are able to provide you a full refund.
