I recently ordered only a couple pieces and they fit perfectly. I love the option of sets that you pick separate sizes for top and bottom. I don't own many matching sets because I'm top heavy and the sizes never match. So far I'm happy that I can get things that go together.

They have a nice variety of pieces to consider for purchase, but you must watch your credit card for hidden charges. Twice, they have charged me for "damaged" returns. The first time it happened, I asked for a description of this damage and, while no explanation was given, the charge was promptly refunded to me. The second time was for an item that I did not even remove from packaging. I canceled my elite membership because I find this company very untrustworthy. I have not had a negative experience with customer service, though. They respond quickly to my concerns, but I do not want to have to deal with fighting with them every time I must return an item.

Please note that our warehouse will expect these sets in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to prevent penalty charges.
For this reason, all returned items go through a thorough sanitary inspection when received in our warehouse. If your return did not pass the standard quality control, the set will be tag as "Dirty" or "Damaged". But it doesn't mean that the sets are damage.

I may be in the minority and I am fully aware that this is not a big deal in hind sight considering a pandemic and a lot of crazy things going on. With that being said poor service and lying is not acceptable ever when you are in a service industry. Ordered Nov 30 and live in the next state over. I could have picked up order the same day. The order covered 5 states before it got to us and 29 days later it finally arrives but low and behold Murphy's Law being what it is we moved 2 days prior. (Understand the move is not ideal but we didn't expect the order to take a month) Tried updating the address only the system did not take. Lol. They admitted initially to their employee error but after that refused to acknowledge they said anything and went full on it is all the fault of their shipping company. This is the absolute worst customer service I have seen and a company that is fully taking advantage of the Pandemic as an excuse for poor service. I'm sure at one time they were decent but at this time they are horrendous and insulting with their blinders to fact. I wouldn't mind if from the beginning they kept with their acknowledgment of fault but their insistence on trying to switch and use the pandemic and blame those shipper is not right. Item was returned, finally, 33 days later with no apology but then blamed their shippers again and then decided to blame me. I am sharing this as a buyer beware that this company has big time concerns and service is not something they are focused on. Be patient and i would advise to steer clear of a monthly subscription during a pandemic with a company who will use whatever excuse they can.

I put in an order for my wife for Christmas. The promotion was 4 Nova Thongs for $24. So, I clicked on the one I wanted (assuming it was order the 4 for $24) and placed my order. I received only 1 thong. So, I emailed and called but got nowhere with the reps. They claimed I needed to order 4 of the thongs and then the price would be $24... even through the promotion clearly stated on the website that it was 4 for $24. Since I paid $24 for only 1, I asked that I be sent 3 more thongs - since I had essentially paid for them and was told no.

10/10 would recommend. I ordered a product on sale during Black Friday, but accidentally ordered the wrong size (I highly suggest double-checking the sizing chart before buying anything). I was super confused and accidentally canceled my order and lost the deal. However, I emailed customer service and within 24 hours was able to reorder the same product and received store credit equal to the deal I would have gotten initially! No questions asked. My order shipped equally fast and I swear it is the most comfortable lingerie ever and fits exactly as promised.
Long story short, I will be ordering from this store again in the future.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
