My order seems to be lost. I have been in contact with their customer support for over a week and a half. All I get are bot replies about shipping delays. Yesterday they charged my debit card 199.75 even though I have not received anything yet. I called today to get my money back and they told me this is a quote "As much as we'd like to send you another box this month, they can't but not to worry we'll send you one next month" So it seems I still have to pay even though I don't get my items. The customer service person told me there is nothing they can do. WTF?!?!?!?!? I have filed a merchant dispute with my bank but because it came out of my checking account not sure I'll get the money back. Please look for another subscription provider, this one is very unreliable and when there is an issue there is no support available.

Placed an order thinking this was a normal website. Got automatically charged $40/mo as part of their "VIP Club" without signing up for any kind of subscription in the purchase process. Massive scam, mediocre product.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
