My wife was very pleased with the pajamas I got her. The problem was the order and shipping process. I was notified that it was "shipped" - which means that their shipping agent, Pitney Bowes, had the package and it was issued a tracking number by the post office- but they never got it. I would have understood a delay in Christmas 2020 shipping, but they didn't even get the package. Customer support was sympathetic, but couldn't do anything until it had been 2 weeks since the last tracking record beyond giving me a small store credit. Eventually, when there was no activity for 2 weeks, they gave me a store credit for the full amount, including shipping. With it, I was able to place a second order and finally received the items. Generally satisfied, but a frustrating experience.
