I order the bras 2 for 50 and I only received 1 bra
AdoreMe accidentally forgot to package part of my order (a pair of underwear), so they credited me for a full set. They were very timely in their response and went above what was necessary to make it right.

I should have heeded the advice of bad reviews, but instead I placed an order and will never do so again. I paid for expedited shipping in hopes of avoiding the shipping nightmares many have shared, but it was worthless. My items were not shipped within the advertised 1-2 business days, and I was not informed of the delay or given a chance to cancel (as is required by law). After 4 days, my account said the order was "shipped", but the tracking says only that a label was created but USPS has not received the package. Almost a week later and it's STILL in pre-shipment. My estimated delivery date from Adore Me has passed and now I have zero clue when or if my order will come. Customer service refunded the extra shipping fee but has told me to wait until February 8th (nearly THREE WEEKS after my order was placed) to talk about "solutions". No refund has been offered, no replacement shipment. Every customer service person tells me the order "is well on its way" and "will appear at my doorstep soon". I've been given the run-around and that's it. I wouldn't have a problem if there was some forthright communication about whatever is delaying things, but I have had zero communication from them outside of my own calls and emails. Horrendous service. Don't waste your money or your time!

I absolutely love this website, and have been completely satisfied every time. But this time I ordered 1 order of 5 for $25.00 but only got 1 pair of underwear for $15

I ordered my 1st box, I selected the items within the time frame, emailed and called to get return label they said they could not send me one and will be charging me for the whole i its not back in time and offered no assistance for a refund. Its a scam and they set you up to not be able to return your items so they can charge you for it... I so frustrated and have still not heard back from customer service for 4 days now

We kindly ask you to visit your box’s Finalize Order form, under your account’s My Orders section. There you can let us know what you love by marking your sets as either Kept or Returned.
Afterward, you can return unwanted sets using the box’s prepaid return label. You just need to carefully peel off the box’s original shipping label and you’ll find the return label underneath.
- You can return anything you don't love, for free. You only pay for the sets you keep!
**Helpful tip:** *you only need to mark the sets as Returned or Kept during the 7 day try-on. For the actual physical return, we allow up to 30 days, starting after the 7 day try-on ends, for the set(s) to be returned and to be received back at our warehouse.*
**Important:** *Kindly return unwanted sets in their new, complete, unworn, and unwashed condition for them to be accepted by our warehouse.*

It took along time to receive my order it only shipped after I sent an inquiry about where my purchase was. I feel like its runs a little small comparing it to Victoria Secrets merchandise and not as great quality either I will not order from them again.

The order processed through my account before the order was ready to ship. The quality of the items we ordered was good but the order took almost two weeks to ship from Adore Me and took another three days to arrive at my house. Please don't give a delivered by date that you have no way of honoring.

Very discouraged, I open the link as soon as I get it, and nothing in my size is available, colors have become quite drab, waiting, hoping for spring colors and my size. If 38 D is soo popular and always out of that size why not have enough?

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
