I love my new bras. Two of them fit perfectly one is a little too big but they all fit just right I don't have to worry about my girls popping out all the time its the perfect coverage not too much just enough to make you still feel sexy without them coming out of the bra.

My customer experience was a seamless process, I reached out to customers support in regards to a missing package item I previously ordered back in December, customer support response was within 24hrs of submission and they made it right. Normally I don't like to reach out to resolve a customer service issue via email because I feel as if emails are sent to an automated non-reply inbox and it would take forever to get resolved, however AdoreMe customer support was on it so I truly appreciate the timely feedback and a solution to my concern and I love the item I chose for my replacement alot better than what I initially ordered

I purchased the Alania pajamas and I am very happy with them. I am going on a trip in June and they are perfect for Block Island. The bottoms are a beautiful purple print color and I can wear them on our balcony as they are casual and confy for sleep but nice enough to wear in a slightly public area. So soft and comfortable they must have been made by angels!

I'm a little bigger, 5'2" 220ish lbs. I've had a baby so I'm not thrilled with how it looked on my stomach but it fits great and stays in place. Can't wait to order again!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
