I ordered something for my wife 17 days ago and have yet to receive it. I contacted customer care twice by email with no response. I called customer care, but that was no help either. The woman I spoke with treated me like an idiot and didn't even know how to count how many days it had been since the last update on UPS. I will never order from this company again.

After cancelling my first order, I was shocked to learn that you lose your first order deals. As I tried to navigate around this problem I also discovered I could not remove my credit card information from my account nor could I find any way to delete my account. These features should be included without saying in any modern day online-store.

Overall just a bad experience.
They state 1-2 days for shipment from the time you place your order... When I followed up a week later I recieved a polite apology that they are running behind but it would be shipped out shortly. It wasnt. After 2 weeks had passed, I followed up again. Similar response, they are sorry but it will go out shortly. At 3 weeks it was still not shipped, still showing processing. I requested to cancel my order. I got a reply saying that it can not as it is being processed to ship. I took a screen shot, it was still processing and STILL HAS NOT LEFT.
I will be cancelling my payment through my credit card company, because so far, they still WILL NOT RETURN my money.

I received an order, not my order. I was so excited to see my package until I opened it up and found that it wasn't at all what I ordered. Somehow I guess my order got mixed up and switched with another order. I got it exchanged, but I feel it could have been avoidable.

I hate this service which is unfortunate because my fiance has spent a fortune here and I have more than 40 sets of bras and panties. Here's the problem - they always run out of the small size in thongs. The sizes aren't always consistent either so sometimes they are too big and sometimes too small. Also, once you've bought a set you can't go back and purchase just the panties. My panties wear out before the bras so now I'm stuck with all these bras and I can't get the matching thongs. It would be great if they allowed you to purchase the bras and panties separately but they don't provide that option. I like more flexibility in purchasing options and I don't have the heart to tell him to stop buying here so every time he buys me flowers instead or surprises me with an adventure, I just make a really big show of gratitude.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
