I have been with Adore Me for about 2 years. Recently they have been lacking. Their shipping time is 3-4 weeks and by the time they get ready to ship the item you purchased is out of stock. Not cool when they have had your money for 3-4 weeks.
Ordered some items in November 2020. That experience itself was fine (order came on time, cute products). BUT I am giving a 1 star review because of their automatic "monthly subscription," which I think is a big scam. I noticed my card was charged $39.95 in January 2021, and again in Feb. Apparently at check out, you are automatically signed into their membership program. This allows the company to charge your card $39.95 monthly for store credit.
Luckily, canceling the membership was pretty simple online, and I was able to get a refund on the $80.

Place and order... look for it to ship, only to find out that all of a sudden it was on back order... By now we have to know supply and demand... this will not keep me from ordering in the future, but I hope adore does better in the new order

Too many bad exchanges with this company, the recent being a deduction from my bank account AFTER pausing my membership. To add to my frustration, this happened while waiting on a refund from a previous purchase that I shipped back- due to the poor quality of the bra sets. Not only am I waiting on my refund for items returned, I am also waiting to be refunded for the unauthorized deduction.

Adore me is great for women like me with an uncommon bra size. However, the service is so awful I cannot support this business anymore. All of my orders have been either extremely late, or completely lost during processing and shipping. Ridiculous!

I will never order from this company again. I paid 15 dollars for express shipping because I wanted to get it for a specific date and it says there is a delay in my order. I called them and talked to a rep and they said the best they can give me is 5 dollar scores credit after I paid 15 dollars for express shipping. Not very happy with this at all.

I purchased two items both with corset styling in an XL. (I am a Large, but got XL to be sure they'd fit.) They were tiny! I had to unlace them so much my whole back was exposed. Not a good look. It felt like a small size with extra long ribbons or something. Not well fitted at all. I am returning both. :(

I ordered an order and it should have been received be Feb 4th. They cancelled my order, without notice, until I called. Then they told me it would take 2 days to get any reply on why my order was cancelled. Then "Rosalinda A" kindly hung up on me because I asked her to reorder my order. She talk over my husband, then my self for a good 10 minutes. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service! We will NEVER order form them again. And the idea of doing an elite box... laughable!
I was wanting to start the subscription service, but I can't imagine they would ship that since alita generally over $300!
Mind you, it was for Valentine's Day! I asked to replace the order and overnight it and they told me they don't have priority shipping! What?
I'm so frustrated with the customer service with this company it's ridiculous. The only thing that would make this somewhat right is to overnight our order. I was told they can't help with that and they will call me back in 2 days to let me know if I can re order? Make no sense. I will tell as many people I know about my experience. I will not give any good feedback for this!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
