- Quality is not great.
- No free returns (it is $6 each item you return).
- They very difficult to return the items - each item has its own return information.
- The printable label is weirdly formatted - it does not look like most other printable labels, which didn't give me a ton of confidence it was getting back to the right place.
- Then, when I reached out, they fail to match the return label with the return properly. And only credit me for a single item when there should be several (although it's almost impossible for me to figure out how many because of the way they track returns on the website).
- After refunding my money, 3 months later, they charge me again, saying they have no evidence I returned the items.
Not worth the hassle at all. They charged me $150 for items I returned to them months ago.

I was so excited when I saw this service advertised. I signed up in January 2021 so i could receive a box before Valentines Day. I paid Jan 25, Received Feb 5th. Okay fine whatever shipping was much slower than advertised on their website. I was less then impressed with the box I received. I decided to keep one set, since I already paid the 20 stylist fee. I tried on a black robe they sent me, and it was extremely large. I tried it on for about 10 secs over my clothes, did not take ANY tags off, and placed it nicely back into the bag it came in and the other set never opened. I disliked it from the start. I went to the post office and they refused the packaged because they could not read the provided return label. So I had to pay $9.55 to send it back. A week later I get an email stating the items were damaged, and a 40 charge on my account appeared. When I contacted customer service a Nathaniel O told me it did not pass sanitary inspections and would not give me any other information. Which was very questionable since the email stated "damaged" and one set was UNOPENED and SEALED. The company could not give me any evidence these items were damaged. Then told me they would grant me a ONE TIME courtesy credit due to me not understanding their policies and implying I made the mistake. The company carefully choses their words to NEVER take any responsibility. So my second box, was charged on Feb 24th, and has been in processing and they refused to refund me my second 20 stylist fee when I demanded they cancel this. Then advised me when I get the shipment to immediately put on the return label and send it back. Why go through all that hassle for something I don't want from an untrustworthy company? I'll send an UNOPENED shipment back, and somehow I will be charged another 60 bucks plus restocking fees. No way. Its March 13th, and nothing has been shipped. I just want this order cancelled and be done with this company. I'll eat the 20$ charge for a February box that I never received in Feb just to have my hands cleaned of this company. So at this point, I have paid 20 bucks for January, 20 bucks for Feb, have been charged 40 bucks from damaged items that were not damaged. And have only had one barely decent bra/panties. Don't even get me started on the sizing. I was told I would receive a refund for that 40$ charge, but I'm not holding my breath. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my bank to investigate their charges.

This place is a SCAM. Don't spend your money here. First of all the products are not sized correctly. I tried on my items and returned them with the tags on. Here is what they wrote back: "The item we received is dirty/damaged as a result your coupon was canceled and you were charged a penalty fee of $20 and you were charged restocking fee of $5.95 and you were given a refund of $39.95". I didn't wear them for more than 2 minutes to try them on. An no, I didn't receive a full refund. I only got $17.80 back. Trash company, I hope it closes.

I liked the undies I received until I got a charge on my card a month later for $39. I had forgotten I'd signed up for their stupid subscription service to save $10. Luckily they offer a pretty transparent way to refund your money, the cancelation method is a little hidden but I had no issues getting my money back at the end of the day. I just want to buy some darn underwear, I hate that the weird subscription thing has become the norm for many lingerie companies.

I used to love this company but every single time I try and order some thing every size is out, I can wear two different sizes both of them always gone. Great Great quality and styles. Loved everything I have ordered, but I will no longer order again until they step up their game as far as shipping. They all use Covid as an excuse but we have been dealing with Covid for a year now and you guys still haven't stepped up your game yet? It's been almost 2 weeks my orders still have not shipped. Showing in process stages for days and days and days. I emailed them and they say they are behind. YA THINK! The lag in shipping is unprofessional. So it was my husband's birthday, i decide to enroll for a montly box, after the enrollment it took 4 weeks to see on my dashboard that something was coming, but a month was too late for the spcial occasion, it said feb 21 to feb 22! The items are over priced Walmart products. I've tried 3 x's to cancel my subscription. They keep avoiding it. Charge my card $20 and send no product. I just sent another request for canceling the subscription. I returned 2 boxes of product and still got charged for them. This company is junk. FOH!

They have huge delays, run out of stock, bill ya for it so you cant get money back and give you a credit. Contacting them is useless. The customer service is not helpful. So much for my wifes Valentines gift. If it even comes. Maybe another month or 2 it might show up. I'd spend my money elsewhere next time.

The quality of the products is average to below average but seems to be fair for the price. My only complaint is the time it takes to arrive after placing an order and trying to find a product in the correct size. They have a jillion sizes listed, but it never fails that the first 5 or 6 items we pick out are not available in her size. When we finally settle on something (often having to settle for a size up or down), it takes 3+ weeks to get the order. It makes no sense to me that something would take that long when the product is in stock. It usually takes at least 2 weeks to even process the order, and then another week or two for the delivery process. I ordered something from a large online retailer yesterday, and it arrived about 18 hours later. You'll never get me to believe that adoreme.com shipping channels take that much longer. So, to summarize. Adoreme products: meh, they're fine. Not a great value, but worth it to us for the fun of picking out something new every month. Adoreme service/order processing/shipping/size availability: abysmal.

I really wanted to love this service but it's honestly been nothing but a hassle. My first box was great so I wanted another. However something went wrong and I think I clicked the view box before my box arrived (not really sure exactly what happened) but next thing I know is I get an email saying my box has arrived, but shipping says it's not arriving for 4-5 more days. I emailed them immediately because my concern was that I was going to be on a 5 day trip which would have put me over my 7 day grace period since it said I already received my box. After about 6 emails on my end trying to explain that my try on period had started BEFORE I got the box and I would not be at home when the box arrived they finally agreed to cancel the box and I could keep or return things after I got back from trip. The box ended up coming a week after the return from my trip (which I also explained to them) When I got the box several items were damaged so I obviously wasn't going to keep those, and I didn't care for the remaining items so I returned all of them. This was in January. I couldn't check out as normal because they canceled my box so all I could do was just send everything back. Well today I get an email saying I'm going to be charged $40 for my box even tho I already paid the monthly fee and kept NOTHING in the box and every item had tags on them. I've honestly never been so disappointed with a company before. They were extremely unhelpful when I first emailed them with my issues and then a month later they're charging me for items I didn't keep or use. Terrible service.

Website is full of false advertisement claiming that orders are shipped out in 1 to 2 days but the reality of that situation is more like 2 weeks. The company will tell you thats because of the safety measure they started implementing for covid LAST YEAR, but they couldnt be bothered to update their website to address that issue? On top of that the customer service is absolutely horrible. It took me about ten phone calls to get a human on the line after being on hold for about ten minutes [website claims they answer in a minute or two] then the rep hung up on me for no reason when i asked for a supervisor and before hanging up told me supervisors are only available through email, after sending 2 emails i can tell you they average about 5 days to reply to an email despite the website saying they will reply within 6 hours. Just horrendous customer service and a lot of lies about their processing and shipping information. Do not trust this site, its worth making a trip to an actual store or paying more for another website.

I ordered an item for valentine's day and did it in advance intentionally. I ordered it JAN 25th and they did not even create the shipping label until FEB 6th, so of course, did not come in on time. Waste of my money. Only ordered if you are prepared to wait almost a month or more.

Placed my order on February 2nd (although for SOME reason, the email that I received on 2-2-21 says I placed my order on 2-3-21? Sounds totally legit!) with the confirmation stating it would be here from February 12-16th. Well, today is the 15th and my order still states "delayed in processing" with ZERO response to any inquiry. I did receive two form emails stating that they had seen an influx of online shoppers on the 6th and 8th of February. REALLY? An online lingerie company saw lots more people order close to Valentine's Day? Who would have thought!
I have sent multiple inquires with no response, therefore I will be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting them to the BBB... but it seems like I will be one of many to do so.

I have order from this site before with no problem there site states that order are shipped 1 to2 business day but this order i have placed has been in process from feb 1st till now feb 11th and that is unexceptbul this customer is never to order from again and after calling on to separate time i still have no idea when this order is to be shipped and that is bad customer service at any cost.

I have NEVER had a company that just charged my card for no reason every month like Adoreme.com did. Apparently I missed the charge go through in Jan. But I just caught the one in Feb and they make it easy to request a refund BUT WHY DO I NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND OF A CHARGE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!? What a slimy business practice, I will never order from them again and will tell the world they suck. This is a horrible and very sneaky business practice. Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
