Although the sets were very pretty, the bras are very painful and I can't wear them. The underwire digs into my stomach, leaves red rashes and hives. I ordered the correct size and they fit as long as I didn't move.

I ordered a VIP box to try on at home, valued at about 115$ usd. After never recieving the box, i checked and it said that the box had been returned to them. I read on their website that that it would take a few weeks to see a refund in my account, after waiting for a few weeks and never seeing that refund, I finally got ahold of customer service and they said that I would see my refund within seven days. That was months ago, and I've never heard back or seen the money in my account. If you don't want to be scammed, don't buy from this company.

I have not ordered from This site in over 10 months. They recently changed my card almost 400 dollars and refuse to give me the full amount back. They will only allow me a "refund as a one time courtesy" this site is a scam and doesn't care about the happiness of their customers. They are hard to contact and when you do put in a customer service request it takes over 24 hours for them to get back to you.

This company does not have quality control. My experience was incomplete orders, charges for "damaged" product that I never even tried on. When there was an easy solution they took the most difficult approach and didn't solve the problem. On and on!

We apologize for the confusion regarding your return receipt. Please note that our warehouse will expect these sets in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to prevent penalty charges.
For this reason, all returned items go through a thorough sanitary inspection when received in our warehouse. If your return did not pass the standard quality control, the set will be tag as "Dirty" or "Damaged". But it doesn't mean that the sets are damage. Please understand that as a lingerie company, we place great importance on the sanitary aspect of our services & products.
After initiating the further review, I noticed that you have contacted us and assisted you with all your concern and refund as well.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
