I have reviewed this sorry excuse for a company multiple times, but they are of no help whatsoever. I bought a bra that was actually in my size (there are only six sad options in my size) and it was so poorly made. The band did not cover the hooks, so they dug straight into my spine. The gore was way too wide and cause pain. The stitching was poor and the lace was itchy. The cups had a weird shape. I ended up crying in pain. I reviewed it on the website, but of course they only share the positive reviews because they're dishonest. I was so hopeful that they actually had 30G, only to discover they never add anything else in that size. They always say they want to make it right, but they won't and I think the only thing that would make that sorry excuse for a bra better would be to set it in fire. Please don't support this company and go somewhere else. They don't deserve to be in business.

I order 5 pairs of panty's and they are by far sexy and comfortable and love the colors and I got them for a great price being a plus size girl it's hard finding comfy sexy things to wear and adore me did that for us big girls thank you I am definitely pleased

Not a lot of options in my size available especially in the cuter options, none the less I found a set, shipped on time and arrived on time fabric was nice, soft and fit like a glove.

The suit fit well and is what was pictured. However, it's not meant for anyone that has breast larger than a B. As soon as you put it on everything fits perfectly except the chest area. It flattens you like a pancake and gives no support there for you no longer have the cleavage that makes this suit so desirable in the first place

I am a HUGE fan of adore me and how body positive the company is. I have been purchasing items left and right, but it finally happened that a bathing suit did not compliment me very well and I simply wanted to exchange it. I followed all the instructions for how to do so, but what the instructions told me to do did not convey to what I saw on the app nor on the website. So, I contacted customer service. Customer service simply copied and pasted what the FAQ said, which I had already done and had explained in my email to customer service that I had already done, but needed further assistance. I replied to customer service that my issue was not solved and never heard back again. Basically, do not shop there unless you are certain that what you are buying will fit you and compliment your body, because returning or exchanging is not an option even though the company states it is.

After putting in the wrong address, I instantly called to have them update it. I was informed that even though I had just put in for an order, they couldn't change the address. So on top of never receiving my box because it went elsewhere, they would not replace it and just said I can get a box next month. There was literally nothing done to help me, except I'd be charged and then refunded, but at this point, I don't trust that process. They said that they'd hope this would be something that will be fixed in the future, but it really should be done now so that they can have and keep satisfied customers. I want nothing to do with a company that I'm not confident in.

Just a refresher, when selecting the Elite Membership, you will receive a monthly shipment with three sets. These sets are a reflection of the style profile you have created in your account’s Elite Dashboard.
If the box was not delivered due to address issues, it automatically will send back to our warehouse and we can't able to resend it to your address for security purposes and customer confidentiality. This is why we're advising you to update your shipping address online, and we'll make sure to send you a new box next month.

I was excited about my purchase on April 4th but it's now April 24th and I still have not received my pieces. I hope they are delivered soon. I want to shop here again but if it takes about month for a purchase to arrive then I'll have to go some where else :(

Lots of choices for all shapes and sizes, good quality products, soft comfortable fabrics that make you feel gorgeous and sexy. I tried one set to test the quality and am now a vip member re building my underwear wardrobe throwing out old worn out sets with each new set that comes in. I have tried to cancel my account which I did and they stopped charging me for about 6 months then all of a sudden started resending things and charging me again. They won't cancel or reschedule refund in a timely manner. There clothes are awesome but the company and staff absolutely have no regards to standing by there advertising. Good luck I got a lawyer they have removed over 300 from my account without my permission.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
