Some of their underwear sets and lingerie are very cute, they're just so incredibly uncomfortable to wear! I kept a couple of things here and there but barely ever wear them. Most of the stuff also seems like it was picked out through an algorithm and not a personal "stylist". After my 4th box I decided to cancel it, mostly due to the very low quality of the items as well as how uncomfortable everything was to wear.

The delivery was quick and the suit that I ordered is a nice quality, but it doesn't fit so I need to return it but there was no paperwork or return label.

2. Select the order that you would like to Exchange/Return by clicking the **Arrow** sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's found at the bottom of the subsequent page.
4. Choose whether you'd like to Exchange or Return then, click **Continue**
5. On the subsequent page, click on the **Print Label **button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
6. At this time you can send back your items within 30 days since the order's delivery date.
Please refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this may result in delays.

I was so beyond excited to join the Adore Me Elite Subscription Box and decided to give it a shot for my upcoming wedding / honeymoon. I subscribed just about 5 weeks before my wedding and was given a 1 week estimated time of delivery (ETA was March 23rd). I waited anxiously and saw nothing change on my account, no box was curated, no shipping label or tracking number, no nothing. In the next 4 weeks leading up to my wedding, I contacted Adore Me's customer support 4-5 different times. Every time, I was reassured that my box was in the process of being curated and would be shipped within 1-2 business days. Clearly this was a lie used as a means to keep customers calm. After a month, I got a notification that my account was about to be charged for the next month of this subscription, yet I still had not received my first month's box. I was frustrated beyond belief and thought I should just cancel and give up. When I called to do so, I was informed that since my box was being curated, I could not cancel and I could not get a refund even thought they were now over a month late on my box. Ridiculous. FINALLY, more than 5 weeks later,... I got an email that essentially said that didn't have anything in my size at all and my box was being cancelled. I am a size Large, so I am not some funky size or anything. It took them 5 weeks on a monthly subscription box just to tell me they weren't going to fulfill my order. This is such a scam and one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with online shopping / subscription box services. Absolutely horrendous in every way!

Wanted to love this, but I just like it. There is a weird stitching on the breast area that is not ideal, it makes the fabric stick out in points... not the best look. It will still be nice to lounge by the pool in.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
