This order was mostly just to replace my previous order. For some reason the postal service returned that order to Adore Me instead of dropping it off with me. Adore Me wouldn't send that package back. Some of the items were out of stock and the discounts no longer applied. Pretty frustrating. Probably going to cancel my membership.

It fits and it is cute but it is kind of cheap material. Not like really bad cheap just not as expensive feeling as some other material.

To start your Exchange or Return, sign in to your Adore Me account and follow the steps below in the Internet browser of your choice:
1. Go to **My Orders**
2. Select the order that you would like to Exchange/Return by clicking the **Arrow** sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's found at the bottom of the subsequent page.
4. Choose whether you'd like to Exchange or Return then, click **Continue**
5. On the subsequent page, click on the **Print Label **button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
6. At this time you can send back your items within 30 days since the order's delivery date.
Please refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this may result in delays.
If you're returning for a refund and not exchanging - items are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
