I wish y'all had an option for every 2/3 months. I would be more apt to buy with a break. I only have 2 boobs and 30 days yet I have 20 bras… yeah seems a little much!
I packaged my return myself and know the pajama set was in there. I'm a single mom and can't just justify paying $40 for something g I specifically returned..
When ever I want to place an order either the size or color is out of stock.
The panties that match the bras are very cheap.

I love every set that I have bought. The hubby loves too! Couldn't be happier and excited to purchase more.
It has been so great love the comfort of my items one two I didn't get right size cause i picking it wrong but me jus wanting item but quality always on point love the bogo sales
Store credit card info without persmisson and then in you online account, they provide no way for you to delete it. You have to email/call them and have a ton of back and forth. Then, if you make another purchase, it'll automatically force save your credit card info again. Super annoying.

I love the adore me Elite however, I am disappointed that I seem to be getting the same thing only in different colors. I would like to see more variety. I love the convenience of it and it is always exciting to see what is in my box. The return process is extremely easy.

Package came a week late and had a stitch broke on the strap as soon as I opened it, luckily it was an easy fix but still not great quality.

I am so in love of the shape and colors, great quality and design.
I love the selection and the ease of exchanges. Items typically run true to size and they are good quality and prices. It's a nice option for lingerie shopping.
I bought 6 sets and not one fit nicely. Now I have to figure out how to return them all.

This has been a great experience. Look and feel sexy at an affordable price. Three times as much beauty for the same price. Great quality and designs. Plus I can order my size!
Great monthly club. I love to pick up new outfits as gifts for my wife. Love the sleepwear line also.
Shipping just takes so long. The product is nice, fits well but shipping takes 2 weeks and returns or exchanges are a hassle.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
