This is the third time I've had an issue with an order where I've needed to contact customer service to fix it. It's starting to discourage me from wanting to order anything from the company.
I love everything I've bought from Adore Me. Whether it's simple daily bra/undies sets to super sexy lingerie, everything has fit great and looked amazing. I love the range of sizes and styles.
Mostly love the bras but not a fan of the panties. Sexy and fun overall

I'm really enjoying receiving a box monthly and overall the quality has been good. I think my only complaint is the bras are hit and miss sometimes.
I often feel like the bra is too big or too small, as if the sizing is consistent. Other than that I'm enjoying my elite box and will continue to subscribe.

As a bustier girl, it can be difficult to find that magic combination of supportive and cute. Not so with Adore Me…I simply adore each and every piece I've gotten so far. And the one that I had to return? The process was seamless and so easy. Cannot recommend this enough!

I placed my order on 12/15/21 and paid extra for 2-day shipping so it would arrive in time as a Christmas gift. My item was not delivered on time, so I had to email customer service to get the extra money I paid refunded.
When the item finally arrived, the sizing was way off and it didn't fit. No worries, it happens, so I opened an exchange for another set. I was given an exchange voucher - I returned the old set and got a confirmation email it was received, I ordered & received a new set (that fit properly), everyone was square.
Now I get an email 2 months later that they never received my returned set so they're charging me for it? Customer service won't help me, so now I'm being forced to file a chargeback with my bank account because I am NOT paying double for 1 set. And while the second set I received fit and looks nice, it was absolutely NOT worth all this hassle and headache.

I got one pair. After talking to more than a couple customer service representatives they gave me a one time 25.00 credit.
The sale was over but I got three pair.
I'm satisfied
Very uncomfortable-feeling fabric-even after a few washes. Fit was terrible. My shirts looked awful from the design of the bras. The wide strap was very comfortable but the length adjuster wouldn't stay in place so the straps keep falling down. Definitely not for me.

I received an incomplete set. When I called customer service, I was told to return the item that I have for the second time, so that they could replace it with the complete set. When I ask why can't they just send me the item that I was missing, I was told that that is not an option. The unnecessary back-and-forth shipping cost and time makes no sense to me so I without a complete set.

There was no packing slip included in my bra and panty set. Bra is too big and I have no way to send it back.
Everything fits as expected- I used the size chart. And it's all good quality material and well made. Very Sexy! Highly recommend!
A couple of my boxes I have returned to AdoreMe were claimed to have a damaged item. I know that was not the case. When it came to dealing with customer service I was not really even given the option to talk about my issue.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
