I placed an order for my wife and some of the items didn't fit. The support staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in returning my items for credit on the app.
I have had many issues with this company so please allow me to sum up my frustration. I ordered my first package in October 2021 and unfortunately the quality and sizing of the items were off so I returned the items and called to cancel my subscription. After I was charged for a missing item that wasn't missing which was a mistake on your end and got refunded. I thought I had cancelled it but apparently in December I got charged for another elite box filled with items I didn't even choose. I tried to cancel and get a refund because I didn't order any of the items nor did I want to keep them especially after the service I received two months prior. When trying to resolve this issue the only thing that management said was that I have to pick an item in the box so that way I would waste $20 on a "styling fee". So I chose the only item in the box that was $20 so that way at least I didn't just waste $20 and not receive any product. I then get a message again that another item is missing in this box and I was yet again charged for items I didn't receive. I am not happy that I was charged for another missing item when I don't even have the item in question. This happened twice now in both of the packages I have received and I do not like it. Honestly this coming has been more stress and hassle than any company I have ever dealt with. While there bras are cute the customer service/ process is the reason I will never be purchasing for here again.
I love ordering from here! When the purple package shows up I know I get to see my wife slip into what ever shows up. Great products!
The product is great. It fits well, looks great, is high quality, and reasonably priced.
Ordered a set for valentines day with express shipping. It has been FIVE days, and my order still hasn't left their warehouse. Could have spent my money elsewhere on something nicer. Although they have a wide selection and good deals, they do not care to provide the same service when you use promo codes, I guess.
Will not give them my money ever again.

Their Valentines Day collection is out and I was really excited to get my Elite Box only to find an ugly green sweatsuit, yoga pants, old lady pajamas, and a sweatshirt. Only one bra and panty set in the box. No other Valentine's Day items. Severely disappointed and the pajamas had holes because it wasn't sewn properly. Poor quality to boot.

I love adore me! Their selection and product quality is outstanding!
The line of lingerie is beautiful and I love how customized the fit is but I am not a big fan of having to purchase items every month. While I know you have the flexibility of starting/stopping the program, I just don't like being "locked in to buy" or to remember to switch my membership.
They charged me $20 on a return that I exchanged claiming it is damaged. I call BS! It was retuned in a good condition. I canceled my subscription.

I love the fact that the service is smooth and it's easy to exchange items.
Great selection, quality products, prompt delivery, reasonable prices
I love adore me pajamas (specifically the tops with shelf bras or lined cups) but the bras never fit me right, and the fitting guide didn't help. I tried 3 sizes and the cups were either huge on me or way too small. The returns process was annoying because I had to alter the return shipping label in photoshop in order for it to print properly on my normal printer. I contacted support about this and they didn't care about the problem.

I really enjoy the products I've purchased, but I absolutely do not want to download an app simply to shop or track my package. Repeated text messages were also extremely annoying (and if you're buying something as a surprise for your SO... way to not be discreet?). Honestly, I'll shop elsewhere in the future... the product quality isn't enough to warrant the rest.

All of my experiences with Adore Me is positive, I've purchased items for my daughters and my friend. The quality is great and it serves its purpose
I love this site. The bras are very sexy and come in a very affordable set. Any problems I've had they were solved quickly by customer service! Has my size which is usually hard to find and customer satisfaction is clearly their number one goal!
My last box didn't get sent because adoreme had issues charging my card so I had to cancel and renew my subscription. New subscription date came and went and never got billed, no update on site.

Item arrived quickly and was as described. Would purchase from Adore Me again.
Absolutely horrible experience, ordered several items on January 17th, the expected arrival date was Jan 24-26th, and the package shipped on Jan 21st. USPS never received the item, I wait until February 9th to call them because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Immediately after finally reaching someone on their support line which is really really well hidden on their "contact us" page they told me the package was lost. Great, so why did you wait until I called you to inform me of this? Was the plan just to take my money and never send anything? I'm quite frankly frustrated, surprised, and feel used by this company.
Now they offer to refund my order to store credit and re-order the items. Except here's the problem, now exactly 40% of the items I had in my previous order are unavailable. So now I have to find new items to replace them at the exact same price. I was never offered even $5 or something to just help smooth this absolute nightmare of an experience, instead, they offered to let me use the valentines coupon. A coupon that is available to ANYONE who orders right now, regardless of going through this or not. That was extremely insulting to be offered that and then again they offered me a $10 off coupon... again this is the exact same coupon that is offered to every single person who cancels their "VIP membership", I certainly don't feel like a VIP.
Overall after over 30 minutes on the phone and nearly a month of patiently waiting all of the communication and problem solving was burdened on me the customer and not on the company who took my money. I basically just gave them an interest-free loan and had to jump through hoops just for the privilege of giving them my money. Bottom line, I feel disrespected and used.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
