The sets they have are cute but not sure they're worth the higher end pricing. They're not super comfortable or extreme high quality... Then again, the "other" high end go to site/ catalog has been suffering in quality lately too. Maybe that's just the way it is now.

I ordered two lingerie sets well before Valentine's Day to make sure they arrived on time. I opened the package to see I was shipped something I didn't order, wrong size, wrong item, all of it. I started the process of getting it fixed just to learn what I originally ordered was now sold out.
I picked out new items, again still in time for Valentine's day, just to get an email saying they again made a mistake. This time they did not take into account what they had in stock and oversold my now second choice. So AGAIN I didn't get what I ordered. I was offered and exchange code and a "we're sorry" $5 but at this point I was tired of the continued excitement just to be let down again.
I reached out to the customer service team and asked for anything to be done. I got a polite "sorry" but no offering for a refund or a better discount code.
So like the title of this review states the products seem nice but, as a company they are disorganized and only mildly apologetic about their ineptitudes.

Terrible shipping service. Ordered on 2/7 and delivery stated 3-7 days. I needed the order before my honeymoon on 2/20. Should be plenty of time right? Wrong. Order will not be here until 2/21 at the earliest. Spend your money with a company that values their customers and is willing to get orders out on time.

I was excited to purchase for Valentine but the website advertised BOGO but that is not what happened. I called Customer Service and they told me I had to order on the app but I am clearly looking at the site and they are advertising BOGO. Then I am told there are only certain purchases that is allowed with BOGO. I was on an item that again said BOGO. But I figured that I was being cheated on my order. The bra was a little big but I refused to send back because it may have gotten lost or misplaced. So I don't feel like this is a company I can trust and they may take my money. I thought I had found the best lingerie company and I would be purchasing all my undies from Adore Me but had to many problems. I would not suggest to my friends to order from this company. All the personnel I spoke with never looked at the website I was looking at. Just kept saying I had to order from the app.to get the deal. Thank you and God bless

I have received one bra and one bathing suit with deodorant stains which I commented on upon returning, so I sincerely doubt they are performing a thorough inspection before sending items out.
In addition, I have been charged TWICE now for a "dirty/damaged" item with no evidence or even explanation of how the item was damaged, in spite of multiple emails to them. They explained that the nature of their merchandise required a high standard of cleanliness. The last one was after I had canceled my subscription and I never even tried this item on - I would hate to think they would charge $20 out of spite for one measly subscription but... putting that out there.

I've seen SO many ads on social media for this company, so I thought I'd give it a chance. Here's my pros and cons.
Pros: My order was shipped really quickly. I ended up having to exchange a couple of sets, and the fact that you immediately get a code to replace them before you even ship back the others was really convenient.
Cons: I'm a 34G, and there are so few options out there for that size. They advertise that they offer larger sizes, but when you go to shop you start with over 400 options and then you filter by size and I was left with 7 options. Really disappointing. The quality of the bra is not that great either. The saying is true... you get what you pay for. I ended up keeping the 2 sets that I bought just because they were so inexpensive, but I cancelled my "membership" after that.

They said my item would be delivered 2/2/22 today is 2/15/22 the item still has not shipped. They will not respond with information just generic emails that the item has shipped and how it is the shipping companies fault. Which is not true. They only created a shipping label the items have never been given to a shipping Company. It's been 3 weeks from day I ordered and the item still hasn't shipped. Horrible company. Can't even get a refund from them or a replacement.

I was very pleased with the quality, fit, and look of my purchase. It accentuated my assets and feels great on.
UPS lost my order I reached out to Adore Me and informed them of what was going on. They responded quickly and made the process easy and stress free. In the end my items were never recovered and Adore Me granted me 2 vouchers and a $10 credit on my account. Best customer service I've had when dealing with a lost item.
I sent this a gift and receiver truly loved this gift!
Most of the outfits fit as described. There were a couple of the outfits that were very snug as an XL but the others fit at a large. One outfit was delivered with a hole in the back of the dress. It looked torn. I ordered a different one.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
