Fit beautifully! The lace is super soft and comfortable. I was nervous about ordering online, but it came exactly as expected and my boyfriend loved it!
I got 1 bra and 2 undies. Super cute, I love them. But I also got someone else's order. They had got 3 bras, and 5 pairs of undies. Made me sad they didn't get their order and makes me skeptical to order again, in case that were to happen to my order.
It took a while to get here but my wife was very satisfied and I'll probably buy more for her birthday.

I had a credit on my adore me account which one day just disappeared. When I contacted them they said that they gonna send me e-gift card which I'm waiting for more then 2 years already! Every time I call them I'm hearing the same thing "we promise you gonna receive it in 1-2 business days". I never do... The worst customer service! I'm
getting to the point I'm gonna report them for stealing my money!

Great product for plus size women Also great customer service
My wife loved the items I bought her. They made an excellent Valentines Day gift.
I ordered some panties, and the fit perfectly. But recently I ordered a Naya unlined plus and it was so small, I ordered it in a size 4x but it fit like a 1x unfortunately I'm now discouraged from ordering anything else because the size chart was misleading.
This was my first time ordering any type of lingerie online. I am so glad I did. Everything fits perfectly and accentuates all the right curves. I truly felt beautiful and sexy.
Pricey, cheap material falls apart, bra are way to expensive

Everything about this company has been straightforward and easy to use. Returns and exchanges are super easy and hassle free. I have loved everything I have purchased. Had to swap a size or two but it was no problem.
It was great seeing my body and skin color represented. Great marketing. My items are beautiful on my body. However, within my excitement to purchase I missed the clause of removing and additional $30 out of my account to become a VIP. Thanks for refunding but that's why I only gave 3 stars but the product is 5 star of gorgeous.

Good. I ordered the product. It took longer than was expected, but it came before Valentine's.
Received my first order and was pleasantly surprised. The quality and the fit were amazing. I am a customer for life!
Do not purchase from this company, there clothing is cheaply made. Sadly that is not the worst part of ordering from this company they do not keep your style profile in mind the colors you said you would not wear or even your sizes. They sent me a size I do not wear, they sent me colors that I said not to send and close I said I would not wear. That's how you can tell a company really does not listen to its clientele just save your money or burn your $20 styling fee because that's what it's like when you order from them

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
