The material of the products are soft and comfortable but the items just don't provide adequate support. I'm a small person, but have larger dense breasts- I'm 5'5 125lbs and am a 32E. The bras were uncomfortable, didn't offer support and I had to take one off after just an hour - it didn't stay in place, was just not what I personally need. For something fun and sexy I think the items fit the bill- but for all day wear- it's a big no for me

The bra panty set I purchased arrived in the mail in a timely manner, but did not look like the photo online so I returned it without wearing it or removing any tags. It's been two weeks and I have yet to see any money returned to my bank account. However, I did receive an email asking me to review the product and my experience, which is why I'm writing this review. Not happy.

Placed an order and it took 6 weeks to come. When it finally arrived then it had over $50 in customs. Which at this point I was upset. I am a VIP member and not about to pay duty like this for every single order! I could shop at Victoria's Secret prices at this point. So I called and asked to return. They told me I'd lose part of my refund if I did return for restocking fees. The guy on the phone was rude and not helpful. He said when they received my order they'd process my return right away. I returned and 5 weeks later, no refund! I called again and the girl said there was not any orders that she could find. I gave her my order number and she just hung up on me. Still fighting to get this refund …. What a nightmare. Don't order if you live in Canada.
The pieces i ordered were gorgeous (my hubs loved them too), but the material is a little on the THIN side, and given the situation that the pieces are ordered for (LOL) it might get ripped on the first use, i just had to be very careful when putting it on and taking it off, felt like it was gonna rip with any little tug

I was lead to believe that the returns were free. Hence why I ordered four things. I have a very difficult time finding bras that fit. I come to find out that I will be hit with a $25 return fee. I will NOT refer you and I will share my experience with others as well. Will NOT order anything from here again. Just a ripoff!

I ordered 3 items and got a totally different order. The wrong size and wrong style. The 3rd item I just got after a month in a half. That was the only item that fit me. I sent the other 2 items back but did not get any replacements or refund. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. It is hard to find someone to talk to and it is a struggle to get any answers from this company.

Recently I return a few items that were too small for my girlfriend. Once returned I was able to choose something else with the credit. A month later after the returns were processed. I was charged for the items which one were paid for in advance. And two that were returned. And third funds were taken from my card without notifying me.

I have been very disappointed in this company. They have charged me multiple times for "damages" they claimed when I did not even try on the pieces they claimed were damaged. They've also said that pieces were missing from my return packages and later telling me they were wrong, while still charging me. Terrible customer service - would not recommend unless you want to be charged for ridiculous claims.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
