Iv'e been a customer for many years, forgot to add promo code to my order for the satin blindfold. I contacted customer service right away. She was of no help what so ever. I think the blindfold could have been sent. According to my information from shipping the order had not been sent out at that point. Customer service did not help in my opinion.
Why does it take a week and a half to two weeks to deliver something that could take two hours to drive. All of my orders went from NY, West to CA, back East to CT. How does that make any sense?

I washed my items once after getting them and one of my wires came out of one of my bras. I was so upset! I tried to exchange the set but was told I would be charged a fee because it had been washed. This was the worst experience and honestly I will not order anything else from them. I will stick with another company that I've had bras from for years without this problem. Not to mention the other two bras looked like they wanted to do the same thing. The ends were fraying.

Many of the pieces were of very flimsy quality and absolutely not worth the price. It was not apparent to me when ordering that EACH item required a stocking fee to return. I never would have purchased multiple sizes/styles to try knowing that. It is hard to tell how these pieces will fit and I wanted a few options to see what worked best. Very disappointed, would not order again.

I ordered some of my items for Valentines and the order was delayed. I did not received on time for the valentines holiday so it was pointless. The bra and panty set fit nice.

I have ordered from there twice both times I got the complete wrong item and wrong size. I tried again so we will see how it goes. Nice products but it doesn't do me any good if I can't wear it. I'm an small/x small. I received an xl both times. Just fell right off me! Lol

I kept a few items from the box, they were all nice and appeared to be well-made. I was a little disappointed that each item was black, except for the one dark green one. I don't think I selected for everything to be black, it was a valentine's present after all, but possibly that was user error. I enjoyed feeling pampered - thank you!
Package arrived balled up in the soft packaging. Tried on the merchandise and need to return it because balling it up damaged the fit. Not a good first impression since I expected a cute box but ok Adore Me

I love the concept of Adore Me. The apparel is great quality, and the styles are lovely. The biggest downside is the lack of matching underwear options. Some sets only give you one pair of underwear per bra, which is odd. Women don't wash their bra every time they wear it like underwear. Normally when a woman buys a bra, she buys three or four matching pairs of underwear to complete the set. This is the biggest advantage that VS has over Adore Me.
Still Havent revived my item. No contact option by email. Item says deliver but I didn't receive it.

I ordered the product as a gift, the product came late, after the shipping date and after it was needed. All I got was some poor excuse about slowed shipping at the warehouse or whatever. I told them that's not good enough and I want some of my money back a web coupon, discount or something and never got an answer. I won't be ordering anything else from them.

I ordered a few sets and panties as part of my first order. One set didn't fit so I replaced it with something completely different and it fits amazing. I also love the color choices available. I'm beefing up this side of my wardrobe and think I've found the perfect fit. The exchange was simple and fast. Looking forward to more!
I don't shop online too much because I tend to vary between sizes. I underestimated my measurements when I ordered at first. I got the product and it didn't fit but processing an exchange was as easy as getting on the website and clicking a button. I didn't have to wait until they received the product that didn't fit to get the credit to order the correct size right away. All I had to do was print the label and drop it off at the post office and the correct size came quickly. I got a quality product!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
