Cheap products and they sucker you in with a one time cheap deal then charge your credit card behind your back! I want a refund but there's not a refund button like they claim. This is nothing but a scam! Stay away!
Items ordered were fine. They were all too big so I needed to return them. That's where the issue lies. They tell you free returns and that's correct. What they fail the tell you is that they charge $5.95 per item restocking fee. I buy a lot online from different places and I have never been charged a restocking fee. For that reason I will not ever buy from them again.

I'm glad I've canceled my membership. After multiple orders and attempts at exchanging (I used their size calculator and never could find the right fits). I used their labels to send items back and apparently they never got them. So I have no items and they charged me full price for items lost in the mail. Mad and never ordering again. Also hard to get any customer service on the phone. I do not recommend their products or company.

I love the unique styles offered and the sizes have always fit so far. One suggestion would be to offer one size larger…most things only go to 38C or XL and I think they need to offer up to 40 C and XXL, but otherwise I've loved the products and service from this site
I signed up for two months worth of boxes and did enjoy some of the pieces. However, the pieces I sent back were considered dirty/damaged and they charged me $140 in total for the stuff I sent back. One box, after I discontinued their services, they claimed every single piece was damaged/dirty even though I did not even try on some of the items. In some instances, they charged me MORE than the cost of the item because they claimed it was "dirty/damaged". I know for a fact that it was not. They have multiple suits against them by the FTC and I plan to report them as well. Stay away from this unethical business and their deceitful strategies. Also, they didnt give an order number on the box they tried to charge damage fees to all of the items.

I like the idea of this site but the fabric of the bras is very cheap and flimsy. No real support. This is just costume lingerie. Panties are ok. I would order if the quality improved.

Beware the cleaning fee! When you get the box they tell you to try on the clothes to make sure they fit and look good on your body. I returned two items from my first box and got charged a $40 cleaning fee because the items were "dirty/damaged". Apparently if you get a little deodorant or even a strand of hair from your head on the clothes, you get charged $20 for cleaning. I did email customer service and they refunded the fee but I have another box being returned right now and hope they don't charge me again.

The selection was all black. Except a weird shirt and beige bra with no matching underwear. It felt like leftovers
The product is great quality the packaging and shipping department are poor quality. Wrong sizing or product. Shipping delays are frustrating.

The material on one of the sets was rough and scratchy. Felt like my skin was being ripped and torn when trying it on. Then the material of the cups was so thin I knew it wouldn't last long. Also I ordered the same size for all 4 styles but some were perfect and others too small. Then I learned they charge a restocking fee for returns unless you make an exchange. Here's another catch… If you return an item for $44.95 but reorder an item for $39.95 you lose the $5 difference And when you return more than one item you get different return credit vouchers that can not be combined to place a reorder. So I opted for a refund which is taking forever. First and last order with this company.

Most items that were featured or new were out of stock, leaving choices minimal. Shipment came way later than expected. Was suppose to have items by beginning of February (to have new sets by Valentine's Day) and shipments kept getting delayed for a total of 3 times and received items end of February. Could not even enjoy them for planned vacation.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
