I could not be more pleased with service that I have had with Adore. I can't wait each month for my new arrivals and the return process is so simple. Love everything.
I do like how the whole experience works, I would like to see more padded bras that are decorative!

Beautiful construction but the cups were a little big
I placed an order and expedited it, to fastest shipping, as it was a gift for a special occasion, but it was delivered 3 days after, missing the occasion. When I opened the package it was a completely different item. I contacted and Rey up a return and shipped it back immediately. It has been 3 weeks now and I still have not received a refund… not very happy with this company. Not sure I will ever buy again..
I have had numerous issues with boxes not arriving, the wrong items being sent and then charging me for the missing box and wrong items. I enjoy the products that do arrive but still not sure it is worth the hassle.

It seems that every month, Adore Me finds a reason to charge me extra for something. First, they charge the styling fee, which of course is fine, I signed on for that, but it never fails that if I send everything back, I get hit with a fee claiming something did not meet their "cleanliness" standards. Now, just to be clear, I ALWAYS take a shower, do not use any lotions or antiperspirants on my skin, so there can be no residue from that, and ALWAYS try on the pants, panties, or other things wearing my own, clean, fresh underwear. Now I have an unexplained $ 39.95 charge to find out about, but after holding for 30 minutes, I decided I will try later. I love the items, even though I really am too old and sure not built for this stuff, it is a morale booster and makes me feel younger. My advice is to just watch every single charge and check every single little detail before you send anything back. If there is so much as a stray cat hair, get it off!

I've placed two orders with this company so far and both were severely delayed. I bought with enough time for it to arrive by Valentine's Day and it did not. My second order should've arrived by my birthday and it did not. I'm very disappointed because of the delays. Also I was given a $10 off coupon but when I tried to apply it with another coupon that I had it did not work. I feel like if I'm going to get a coupon for convenience then I should be able to use it however I please. I would never recommend this company to anyone because the delays are just too long and the coupon just seem like a switch and bait to buy more product. Instead of compensate for the inconvenience. I've ordered from multiple companies within the same time frame and had no delays so I know it has nothing to do with the mail system it's the company itself.

I did the measurements with the video but my bra is still not accurate. It's kind of tight around my chest and my boob hangs out a little on the side of the bra. It's not horrible so I didn't want to have to send it back again and wait for ever to get a new one mostly because i was moving and I didn't have the time. I'll just try and readjust my size next time. I think the bras are very cute and the panties too. Also the panties fit great and I like the way they feel

It took a long time to get my order and i tried them on they didnt fit i sent them back right away and still waiting after 2 weeks for my return also its very hard to unsubscribe they will charge you 34.99 a month till you go through all the hoops.

Adore Me may have quality products but their customer service and return policy is far from quality! I placed an order on 1/25/2022 which was "lost in transit", arrived 3 weeks later, and was completely wrong. I was sent 2 items, not 3, and was told by phone that I would need to send those back, pay a restock fee and they would credit my account. I refused to pay a restock fee for their mistake. After waiting for them to send the return ticket, printing and driving to drop off their mistake, I was told I would receive an email and tracking number. Adore Me did not send me that info and after a week I reached out. I was given a UPS tracking number and watched it be accepted at Adore Me on 3/4/2022. Did I then receive a refund? NO Did I receive a confirmation email? NO Did Adore Me respond to my costumer service inquiry? NO
Here I sit with a $75 dollar charge, no product, no refund, and no response! Completely unacceptable for an order placed 7 weeks ago.

I stuck with them up until my 6th free set. They all of a sudden don't have my size and won't tell me how to get it back. They don't listen to the problem. And just reply to the first sentence written to Cust service

I joined the "elite" thinking i will have more options, i received a box with items that had nothing to do with my taste. A dress that looked like a sack of potatoes and some cheap looking workout clothes. I've sent everything back and now I'm charged $100 because according to them i kept the items?
Email support is awful and no one answered the phone. I waited for over an hour and no one answered. What a scam!

Order date was pushed back a week by the company and then it took another week or so for them to actually ship. Blamed the delay in subscription purchasing in technical issues but prompted me to just buy directly without issue.

I ended up ordering on my own some nice comfy nighties. The bras look nice but are not stellar quality. But since they are sets I can deal with the price for most. I am spoiled with VS bras. However have sent them all back as they also look cool but are not functional foe everyday. I had to Also upsize considerably from the suggested sizing guide.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
