While adore me has a wide range of products the quality is what you'd expect for the price. That's fine. However, my 3-7 day shipping turned into 3+ weeks. I emailed customer service asking for an update and never received an answer. I also had to return a purchase that didn't fit properly and was still charged for it after they received it. Mind you, I had tried the top on for 30 seconds and didn't even open the bottoms. There wasn't even a reason why my refund was denied. The products aren't worth that type of treatment.
Their system are sucks!
I want to try elite box, but there was no any explanation that they are getting fee from all over the things and no refund of stylist fee.
Anyway I accept that for first time and I canceled my subscription after I received my first February bag.
I opposed to that. BUT THAY DID NOT ACCEPT. THEY ARE KIND OF ROBBER. They charged me again 20 USD for MARCH BAG STYLIST FEE WHICH I CANCELED ON FEBRUARY 16!. They said me they canceled but they have to one more time. Their systems are sucks!
Also I sent everything except 1 set. But they charged me another bra under the name `missing item`

My order was to be delivered by Feb. 14 and did not arrive until Feb. 28. It was placed on Feb 6. One item ordered was unavailable so another item was chosen. That item was also late in arriving.
I ordered the wrong bra size, and the return/exchange policy was FANTASTIC. My wife loves the product and the surprise.
Very fine material, well fitting for my beautiful curvy wife. I'm very satisfied and so is she
Over the two years if ordering, the order have gotten slower, the quality has declined tremendously, and my last order was missing items.

Super easy to order, items fit great, will order again!
Adore Me stole my money and continually gaslit me that they'd sent a refund through an E-certificate.
I was a happy customer for several years, but back in 2018/2019 I was losing weight and decided to save up my monthly subscription charge so I could reward myself when I reached my goal. I had over $200 in my Adore Me account when I went in one day and saw a $0 balance. When I initially called about it they said that they had changed billing systems and had sent me an E-certificate refund.
I've attached images of the emails they sent me in my nine-month attempt to get a refund. I'm now trying to file a complaint with the BBB, but that hasn't been hassle-free either.

I received an incorrectly sized item and wanted a replacement for the correct size. The customer service representative that reached out to me was relatively quick and issued a credit to repurchase the corrected size. I saw online that the credit would only partially pay for the replacement. After pointing this out, the representative issued another credit to cover the total amount.
I can't believe how the bras fit me like a glove! Wow! Beautiful!
I was very excited for my order I place at the beginning of February only to wait almost 20 days to get the completely wrong items. While the exchange was easy, they were out of the color of the items I had originally ordered. I was looking forward to order more after my first purchase. But I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Shipping delays started the issues. Then the package went from UPS to USPS and was lost. Called customer service twice and emailed back and forth and they were no help at all. They just talk in circles instead of trying to find a solution. Ordered items were ok but I would not use them again because of the customer support

Received incorrect item in box called same day to tell them said to return it and I would be sent correct item. Sent item in never received correct item and was now charged $49.95. I have been calling, been on hold over a total of 16.8 hours and sent an email to still no reply. I will be cancelling my elite box.

I have ordered…. Well attempted ordering several times. I have canceled two orders because they were both delay over three weeks each time with no expected delivery date. I ordered again with a minor delay but got my order eventually. The products are great if they could just get the order processed in a timely manner I would be a continuous customer but logistics issues makes it a struggle for me. Customer service is always prompt with emails no issues there.

The person I talk with was very friendly canceled my subscription over the phone 4 me
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
