I really like the ease of ordering and the quick shipping. I needed my bathing suits before my trip and they were delivered way before so that helped a lot.

The items came and I like a couple. I kept two items. The sizing was not the same they ran a bit bigger. Some prices seemed too high for item quality. I am trying the service again to get a better idea if I want to continue.

I also bought one pajama set, and a few days later they sent me an email saying it was expired :(
She loved them! Fantastic customer services as well. Will order from again and already did.
I returned an unworn item and they emailed me saying they didn't receive it. I wouldn't shop here again.

I had ordered during their 7 for $35 sale with the understanding that sales were final, but when I got 5 items and none of them what I ordered (plus no packaging slip) I tried to return them to get the correct items. Contact with Adore Me got me codes to use with a new order, but the codes don't work. I am not returning what was sent as I fear it will be the only things I see from them without being charged even more.

This is my second time making purchases and i was not disappointed again. Everything looked like it did in pictures and fit perfectly. Will continue to order from here
The bras had cute styles but the sizing was really really inconsistent, two bras of the same size would fit completely differently. Then when something didn't fit there would be problems with the returns. I would drop the package in the mail then get charged a month later claiming it wasn't returned, this happened multiple times. Glad to have cancelled and not deal with it anymore

Easy purchase, quick shipping, and the softest panties I've ever owned (plus they don't roll or ride!).
I was to receive a $202 refund and never did. Plus multiple times my orders were just cancelled by AdoreMe after processing for days. I have to enter a different credit card each time I order because AdoreMe site rejects and says invalid for cards that are current and have correct numbers as well as absolutely credit line to exceed payemnt

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
