This was my first time using AdoreMe, and it was to purchase a lingerie set for my friend's bachelorette, so the product wasn't even for me. After this experience, I don't even know if I would order from AdoreMe again!
I had ordered it to my apartment, and it never arrived. The shipping company didn't provide a photo of where it was left, so there is a chance someone else stole it from my lobby, but I digress. I emailed the company with no response. I then called, was put on hold for close to 50 minutes, before someone picked up. I ended up getting a code to use via email. The next day, I ended up getting another code to use from my email correspondence.
I reordered the package to my office, thinking that there shouldn't be issues. Never received the package, and the photo on the shipping company tracking page was just black. I then had to reorder a third time and then it finally showed up.
I am gifting the gift in April, so I'm hoping the quality is great and fits the bride to be perfectly. But until then, the entire purchasing process has been very time consuming!
I've been a long time subscriber but I've honestly been thinking about canceling. The last two bras I've ordered have been uncomfortable and one even makes a creaking noise when I wear it. I was bummed to find out I was unable to return because it was worn. I would rather get quality items from a company that allows returns.

Love the variety and the ability to choose separate panty and bra sizes. These pieces looked amazing in my boudoir shoot!
Always a great experience. Customer service is friendly and gets the job done. Good products. My only complaint is that there aren't enough bridal options.

I love love love everything about adore me I even love how I can download the app and even buy whatever I want out of their store. I have bought three pairs of their pajamas so far they are the softest and cutest pajamas I've ever had their worth the money too the quality is great!

First order for valentine's day was canceled without explanation a few days before vday. I ordered over 2 weeks ahead of time to be sure it would show up in time.

I has a great experience on my visit, was helped after I asked, bathing suits can be constricting, especially when well endowed, was assisted by 3 sales ladies, which I was happy to see an adequate number of as well. I purchased the perfect two piece, which I wore proudly on my trip to Cozumel!
My wife and I love adore me! They have great selection and even better customer service. It's easy to return items and everything we've got so far is well made.
The sizes are a bit off, I think. And it depends on the style bra you get. I got three today (all the same size) and one of them was clearly too small cup-wise. The other two were exchanges because i originally ordered a cup size too big. Exchanging is fairly easy but you can only use the exchange codes one at a time (if you exchange two items you get an exchange code to use at checkout but you can only use one exchange code at a time). Shipping times are ok but the tracking is annoying. For days it just tells you that a delivery date will be provided shortly. Not sure how comfortable the bras are because I have been waiting all this time to get the size right and for them to be delivered.

I inquired about my missing return item that had been sent but not received by Adore Me. They reviewed their information and located the package in their facility which removed the charge from my account and was timely reimbursed.
I wish I could remember my service reps name. She went over and beyond to help me. I very much appreciate all her help.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
