I love this site of how well I can trust it thank you ADORAMA for the price of my Sony a6600 saved around 400 buying this item! It was my first time ordering on here so far it's been great the order also came in time!
I purchased an entire light kit for my camera. I received the boxes opened and damaged and only received part of my purchase not all the items. I've contacted Adorama and have all the emails. The customer service has not been helpful at all. I'm tired of going back and fourth and they are not listening to my emails and now telling me to wait 10 more days for investigation after I've already waited like 20 days!
I love Adorama. I've purchased many times over the years, both in-person and online. When my camera started exhibiting multiple errors that would require expensive repairs (after 4 years of solid performance) I found a great deal on a newer model, this time used in excellent condition. Honestly the condition is so good I swear they just removed the factory packaging and shipped it to me. At least as clean as any brand new camera body I've ever seen. Sure enough when I checked the shutter count it was under 400! It's practically brand new and it was $100 cheaper than new!
It was packed in *many* layers of bubble wrap. Arrived exactly when expected. I had the option for faster delivery but chose to save money with ground. I think the negative reviews about slow shipping are most likely from people who didn't pay attention to the shipping time when checking out. Ground shipping is slow. But it's cheap. If you want it faster just pay for faster shipping.
I received The Jamo S 807's and set them up as rear channels for my near field HTPC. Perfect match! These replaced two Micca MB42-c's. The bass now extends further around the soundstage.
Was waiting on a backordered 360 camera for about a month. I was actually checking the status on it when the laptop on special popped up, just so happened I was looking for one at the time, just so happened to have all the specs I need for video editing so I canceled the camera and bought the laptop. It was an Awesome price and the research I did on it proved I couldn't go wrong. Thanks Adorama
No problems with the headphones themselves, they are fantastic. My only issue is how they are shipped. They are shipped in the manufacturers box which has their name and branding all over the exterior. Not a good thing when these products are left on the front porch or door step of townhouses or apartments. It should be packed in a plain box that doesn't reveal the product and also offers more protection for expensive items such as these headphones.

Great people to work with part of order came thru postal system and was stolen from mailbox called to tell them not to ship thru postal people didn't ask for replacement but a few days later a replacement came UPS.

I purchased a Canon Pixma P110 with a battery. Everything seems to work great. Have to admit the set-up was a bear... the instructions did not work for my wireless router and I needed to phone a friend. Just learning how airprint works so part of it is me! We ordered a new Nikon P900 for a birthday gift. The camera did not arrive until 2 days after the birthday celebration. UPS has an irregular delivery schedule to *******, Panama City, Florida. 2 to 3 day free delivery to VIP customers failed this time.
Well packed, quickly shipped. UPS delivery left much to be desired, however item was all that I had hoped for.

I received my Nikon D610 in the mail a couple of days ago. The camera I purchased was used but in great condition. Looks brand new and works wonderfully. I bought a camera off ebay a couple of years ago with low clicks, and it was a nightmare. Basically I inherited someone else's problem. Now I only go to a reputable organization, such as Adarama for camera equipment, because you know you're getting an a good product that is backed by the company if anything goes wrong. Lesson learned

I ordered boxes to archive my father's 35mm slides. I was pleased with the boxes, very good quality and the delivery was prompt. My only criticism is that the outer package was crushed and slightly ripped in the corners where there was inflatable fill to keep the product from shifting, though the product was not damaged at all.
