El producto llego el día indicado. Aun estoy en proceso de prueba del monitor BenQ PD2700Q 27" por lo que no puedo dar una critica al respecto, pero las primeras evaluaciones me han dejado bastante satisfecho, tiene muy buena calidad de imagen y cumple todos los requisitos que deseaba para un monitor (en especial el precio). Los 10 bit me servirá para una mejor visualización a la hora de la edición de videos y fotografía.
Lo negativo. Y solo por esto no le doy 5 estrellas. Debido a lo frágil que puede ser un monitor considero q debería estar mejor empaquetado. Por lo menos ponerlo dentro de una segunda caja porque vamos a estar claro, los servicios de envíos no son precisamente cuidadosos con los paquetes. En el momento de la entrega en señor de UPS lanzo la caja hasta mis pies antes de avisarle que tuviera cuidado, estos detalles pudieran ocasionar danos serios a los equipos.
I placed the order on May 24 (6 Items) and the Items were delivered by May 27, that's fast but the packing was not that great and as it was ripped. After completing my set-up, 2 items (Center Speaker n Sub-woofer) were not functioning properly. When I called Adorama customer support "Dixie" said, we need to work with Jamo Customer Support and get the issue fixed OR If we are not happy with product resolution we can even return the entire set of products before 30 days. Due to Covid-19 not able to reach Jamo CS yet, however will call them, understand the issue and will take a decision on my return process. I wish the return process would be simple like UPS Pick-up or Return Labels sent to customer to have hassle free returns.
Fluid inside the box and outside the box manual was soaked in fluids and CD was no good But the printer was wrapped in plastic so it was okay, not sure if it was them or the delivery truck.
The camera and all the accessories arrived in great condition and everything works as if it were new. But, the box it came in was a mess. It had more creases and wrinkles than an 80 year old that had spent way too much time in the sun. But, I didn't buy a box, I bought a Lumix bridge camera and the camera looked like new. I was worried when I saw the box that the camera was going to look like it had been dropped from an airplane. Over the next few days I'll be putting the camera through its paces. Buying used saved me about $100.
Placed order after-hours on May 22 (Memorial Day weekend), it shipped out on the first possible day, May 25th and I received it on May 28th. With so many Covid-related shipping delays, I was shocked that it got here so fast. I would have completely understood any type of delay, given that USPS is still not delivering daily in some areas. Customer service was great - I had some questions before I placed my order, utilized the online chat feature. They were very helpful. I was careful to read what was included with the used lens that I ordered, and I specifically chose one that came in the original box, with a case. Box was packed well - large box, extra padding/packing. No complaints, and will definitely purchase from Adorama again.
