Utter toilet. Chinese scammers. Sizing is all wrong, took 17 days to arrive, you try and return but they make you pay for postage to China.
I am asking myself why all positive reviews are from August 1st...
I realized that I can consider myself lucky if my package arrives.
Very cheap quality. Returns are expensive so they offer for you to keep items and give you credit for purchase on their website. Which is still a bad deal considering their items are of very cheap quality! BUYER BEWARE! Don't waste your money!

This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing something. I ordered this so that it would arrive in time for Halloween. The website clearly stated that the delivery time was 4-7 business days but it eventually came in 11 business days.
When I got in touch with customer service about this, at first I got automatic responses with an order and tracking number I already had (but was not working) and then finally got a reply from some saying that I'd "misunderstood" their order procedure and the 4-7 days is how long it takes to ship, once it's sent for shipping, not once I've ordered it and they took four days to send it out. What other company gives you a timeframe that isn't from your order date but is from whenever they've got around to sending it?
When it finally did come, you can tell it was made in a rush, and some parts aren't even finished! The straps of the dress aren't attached to the dress! It's extremely poor quality. A product I would not wear, that did not arrive in time to wear it. Really disappointed in the product, the delivery and the customer service.
Worst customer service ever. I tried to exchange a perfectly good product but they wouldn't let me and proceeded to say it could not be refunded or returned. But they give you the option to choose to return it or refund it and even have a representative reach out to you the next day only to say that it's not possible. Then they send you a chat showing you what you can and cant return and it's literally more than half the store. Rediculous. So I have to pay about 80$ for two items of the same thing to which I won't even be needing one. Terrible customer service.
If I am size 14 UK 40Europe. What size in trouser should I order here? Confusing I have a centimeter tape line here. And measuring my self does not match with yours
The clothes are NOT as advertised and NOT as described, lead times are NOT as advertised. The return policies of Ador are a JOKE and this company should be shut down!
After receiving all items 45 days after the date they quoted for delivery. I inspected all items and quickly identified they were not as described. The quality of everything was awful! Everything from incomplete stitching, threads hanging out everywhere, low quality fabrics, mismatched colors and stains. I tried to return everything and their customer service dept. required me to measure each piece of clothing, photograph it and explain their incompetence and incorrectness for each piece of clothing. I even had to show them how they incorrectly advertised each item.
Ador makes the buyer pay for shipping from USA to China prior to providing a refund! This is so they can avoid giving you a refund because shipping from USA to China takes like 2 months. On top of that they require you to photograph receipts of shipping and then FAILED to provide a refund. If I could give 0 rating, I would and I will post this review EVERYWHERE - because this company SUCKS!
I bought this dress for my elderly mother-in-law, expectations were high from the get go, as my friends tried this seller earlier, in all took 15 days for the dress to arrive, which fell within the indicated deadlines, have to say my mother was thrilled, now that the bar is set even higher, will buy a few more dresses for myself now, definitely recommended, very satisfied,

Answer: I don't believe companies in China have an understanding of customer service. It's a difficult lesson to learn.
Answer: VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.
Answer: Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
