Product not even close to pictures, fabric not even close to advertised. Scam. Selling rugs using photos from famous brands. Need to be closed and punished for misleading and stealing.
The shirt was nothing like the picture, made of cheap polyester, not linen and not as described. Cannot return it as it is a Chinese supplier. Avoid these Chinese suppliers who produce glossy photos of apparently cheap products.
I ordered a >$50 shirt and got a Psydo synthetic $2 Chinese shirt that was so small it's ridiculous. The printing was flawed which made it look like Egyptian hieroglyphics.
I tried to contact customer support, then had to download their app to seek a remedy... Yup, no reponse. So now I will dedicate 10 minutes a week to continue to advertise how scammy they are!
Any attempt to return for refund is avoided by seller. Went through motions of inputting standard information ( poor quality) on their website, but website would not accept "submit" upload command...tried three times... Finally submitted claim via Paypal...
Their site says they accept returns. THIS IS A CHINA SCAM. They also say they ship from the US-- ITS BS. If you need to return your merchandise, they send you an email giving you options to keep the merch and they'll give you like 10% back, or you have to foot the cost of the return which is like $30+ cheapest through the US postal service. Their procedure is exact: you create your own merch return label with the item # they supply. Then ship and track to some remote China address, manufacturing district...It costs as much to return to China, where they are really located, as what you originally paid for the cost of the garment. You have to then send an email to give them tracking number and wait and hope they reimburse you... I'd never order from them again... Plus the quality is super cheap
I placed a order cancelled immediately bc I forgot items it showed as cancelled, I confirmed with seller cancelled then they sent both the cancelled order and intended order charged me for both. Also clothes in order do not look like what I ordered. They initially act as if they care and then wanted to charge me to return items they sent from cancelled order…not taking responsibility for their mistake. Quality of product cheap also.
Ador does not have an email service and their service ticket system does not work half the time. I ordered a size 2XL, Ador sent a size XL. I sent 4 customer service tickets and received no reply. I also sent 4 emails through Eechic.com who owns Ador.com. No reply.
I ordered Three dresses and a top. I am 5"3 and the dresses that are ankle length in pictures have to be altered. Two of the dresses looked like there picture and I am happy. The other dress looks nothing like what I ordered. The top is off the shoulder, but elastic is very tight,also in the sleeves of one dress. Sizing is good. I ordered medium and I am 5"3 and 137 lbs.
I did not try and return anything I did not like,as reviews are terrible.
This company uses the images of other companies, when you receive the product you will disappointed, very poor quality! Don't waste your money and time, it comes from China.
I ordered an item which when it arrived looked nothing like the advert, the quality was very poor. I have contacted customer service with a ticket for return 3 times with no success. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Do not part with your money you will never see a refund. Does not even qualify for one star.
Just received a notification that a three week delay in shipping and no refunds are possible. That will be the last time I order from a company from China. Should have checked the reviews. SCAM
Every item I ordered was awful, cheap, just bad quality. I have been emailing back and forth several times and they have still yet to provide their return address. NEVER order from this site!
Seems to be a scam as all positive were reviews submitted on one day? Answers ador? Seems suspicious.
YOUR COMPANY IS AWFUL! THE QUALITY IS GARBAGE AND THE RETURN PROCESS RIDICULOUSLY LONG AND COMPLICATED! EXPECT HORRIBLE REVIEWS FROM ME ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA!
The items I ordered were poor quality. Nothing looks like the photos. Never order from this side again.
This website needs to be closed down. They will not refund you just don't bother. Quality is awful nothing like the photos- it's laughable. If you are dressing as a clown or elvis maybe
I purchased a large order (over $350) of summer clothing. When the box arrived, it was packed tight,; consequently, my summer hat was crushed. The clothes didn't fit except for two pants that I chose to keep. I immediately started the return process. Every time I did, I never received a return ticket from Customer Service. There's no customer service phone number. I sent an email no one responded. I tried and tried to get a return address to mo avail. This company does not list any contact, phone and address on its website. It does say returns are sent to China but no address. I went to UPS and they encountered the same problems. I was well within my 14 day return process but because no one got back to me, I didn't receive a return ticket, no customer service phone number, and no return email it was getting to late. I still have one more day but I have no information how to return. UPS also told me with an ddress to China for a return it would cost me over $200 for their box with return. I have never in my life experienced such a scam of a company ordering my clothes in good faith. I am now out over $350 with two pants from my entire oder. DO not order from this company. They took my money and kept it with zero option of me returning because nothing is available on their website except for the return ticket which they never sent to me after filling out the required ticket information. And emails that were never returned for help stretching out the process on their end do I would ho over the 14 days.
On May the 10th I purchased some garments for which they have not yet arrived the money was immediately taken out it is now June the 11th that package has yet to arrive in Indianapolis In. There is no phone number that you can call to reach anyone every time I try to reach customer service I'm told to supply a ticket I cannot supply a ticket, your system kicks me out and says basically there is no order to reply a ticket. I order a 2x and the shirt I received was the size of a medium. Very hard and expensive to return and get the right size

Answer: I don't believe companies in China have an understanding of customer service. It's a difficult lesson to learn.
Answer: VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.
Answer: Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
