Ordered a hoodie, very poor material quality and sizing was small for the size ordered. Requested a return and refund, not postage option unless i sent it myself at a cost of up to £40, nearly twice the cost of the item, with no guarantee of a refund or any refund of postage. They wanted me to post it to CHINA, i am in the UK! How can they be trading, dreadful customer service, avoid them if you can.
The picture of the item is made from a good quality material. What you will receive is a cheap garbage, You would not even place to your trash can. The site does not let you leave bad feedbacks or reviews, once you hit the submit button, nothing happens
Product was cheaply made. Also, I ordered to 2 sizes, trying to ensure a proper fit. No luck. I tried to return it upon receipt and was not given that option. Rather, I was offered a 60% refund and keep the items, since return shipping was too expensive. I agreed, however, Ador never submitted the refund and closed the ticket!
Rip off company! Obviously a foreign company that knows it cannot be tracked.
Impossible to contact on returns! You're stuck with it. Sizes are wildly off!

I purchased items from Ador and I was thoroughly disappointed. The pictures, the colors, the designs, and especially the material were not as described. When I contacted the company to request a return I was told that I need to take pictures of the items and barcode associated with each item. I did that and uploaded the pictures for the return. After doing that I was informed that I would have to $50-$60 to return the items or keep the garage and receive a partial refund. Which would be the difference. That isn't fair. Do not buy from this company

This site sells worthless crap. Chinese "companies" are horrible. Bunch of pathetic child slave owners. Do not give these people your money. They pay people to write positive reviews, you can tell because of the lack of intelligence they show in their reviews. Pathetic, no wonder Taiwan wants nothing to do with China.

Bought a pair of board shorts. They fit like long pants, down to my ankles. Size charts are way off target. Asked for refund. They don't send return label. Shipping to send it back costs more than the item. No credit, no refund,no exchange! This company is horrible! Buy at your own risk!
I ordered 2 shirts. One had a bad zipper, the other one was the wrong color. Then I tried to return the one with the wrong color and it was an impossible run-around, so now I have to dispute the charge.

Bought a dress that looked gorgeous on model. The fabric is so cheap and see through. I'll never buy another thing from Ador.com. The photo on the right is what it's suppose to look like.
Terrible company. Do not buy from or support horrendous Chinese company. They owe me $55 in returns but have made it impossible for me to receive it with 1 reason after another. I'm done. I've lost the money. I just want others to know. They will not refund.
Their web site advertises linen shirts. I ordered two XL and received cheap, thin, terrible quality cotton blends that were barely size Medium. Not worth the BS involved in returning them.
Learn from my mistake: when you see this many negative reviews, pay attention and don't be fooled by the positive ones.

Picture shows its a good quality and perfect fit. Each dress not even worth for $1, it looks like they are getting the cloths from the street side and selling them for $30. If you want to return the item you need to send them to their warehouse in ASIA and you need to pay for the return label. And also they process the refund within 4-6 weeks after they receive the item. They know that sending the item to any asian country is so expensive and sometimes shipment never receives the destination. They are using that tactic. Please don't waste your money because each dress is not even worth for a $1.

I ordered 5 shirts after seeing an add and the price was right (under 20 a shirt including delivery). They arrived about 2c weeks after payment (sooner than I expected) and are okay.
They arent as nice as depicted in the add, but I've seen worse. Basically you get what you pay for. These are very mediocre quality and I doubt they will last even a month, but they look okay and at least they arrived.
Answer: I don't believe companies in China have an understanding of customer service. It's a difficult lesson to learn.
Answer: VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.
Answer: Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
