In 2016, it was still active and could purchase an Exam Engine (this invoice is still present, see below).
In 2023, I want to buy an other Exam Engine but...I should restart from zero: the invoice of this 2009 purchase has disappeared and the support ignores the payment proof of 2009 that I shared with them.
At the end, Helen of the support told me:'You can make a new purchase (149 euros...) with us if you want to access it (the exam engine) now'.
My last email to the support (Cc to the sales team) is of November 4th 2023 with all the proofs (that I shared before with the support), still waiting for an answer...
I bought the lifetime access 10 years ago and just recently tried gaining access to the tests and was informed that I no longer have access. I contacted their support desk and they claim all of the email addresses I provided were not on file to give me access again. I informed them that I was still able to login in with my original email and password with no problems but they still would not give access. My suggestion stay clear of this site and don't waste your money with a company that has no credibility.
The lifetime access is a lie. I bought it and then my account got deleted and now I cannot login and am being told to pay again. Ha! Nope.
I had signed up for "Lifetime" access but haven't logged in recently. Login and shows that I haven't paid for any services. E-mail support and receive the cookie cutter response of (Could you please send us correct email so i could assist you? There is no any purchase associated with this email address. Please feel free to contact us if you require further assistance.) I had included the copy of the paid receipt and they claim they can't find any record of my account. This seems to be the case for multiple customers https://www.bbb.org/us/md/boring/profile/test-publishers/actualtests-*******8614/complaints you can see multiple claims for the same issue off Better Business Bureau. This is NO way to run a company. My recommendation is stay FAR away from this site and don't give them your hard earned money!
They will never deal with you for a refund, even if you send them all the materials they ask for. They are like gipsies, they just make promises and do nothing.
These are their excuses: "We will try our best to work out a new version of practice material based on your reply. We explained your problem to our IT professional."
I joined back when they first opened. I obtained many certs using their site. I even paid extra for their test engine which is well worth the money IMHO. Then all of a sudden, I couldn't download any test prep PDF's. Their tech support said they had no record of me ever paying for the lifetime membership. I sent them screen-shots of my ACTIVE account and my history of buying their test engine add-on. How could I have done all that if I didn't pay for their service? They demanded to see a credit card statement or cancelled check showing I paid. How can I do that from 10 years ago? So they essentially cancelled my "lifetime" membership. Very unprofessional and disreputable. Avoid them like the plague!
Purchased my login a while back went back to log as I was studying and was locked out. Attempted to contact them on several occassion and nothing. I managed to log on and send them emails with when I bought the product but these clowns dont want to play fair.

I'm in the same situation as many other reviewers. I purchased a lifetime subscription in 2007 and now get very generic "we can't find your account" replies when contacting support.
It's the same reply even when the invoice is provided as a forwarded mail
I purchased "Unlimited Lifetime Access Package" on March 10,2006. It stopped working that I found when I try to get the packaged after logging in. I reported the issue to customer service via email "*******@actualtests.com". But they are claiming that they didn't find my account, so asking me buy package again. I have my email confirmation that I purchased on March, 2006. They still said that they can't find my invoice, so they can't help me. This is very unfair.
Bought a "life time" membership which has not been honoured. Avoid at all costs. Rather be truthful than spin this bs.
I downloaded and saved the PDF invoice in 2017 -from the lifetime membership I bought in 009--and yet when I login now it claims I have no product, and they cant find the email associated with my account. What? Uh I was IN in 2017 and was able to download the invoice then, so how can you not find an account associated with my email login?
I find this highly suspect since I use only ONE ACCOUNT for personal items and with a copy of the invoice FROM that login they should be able to see it. But, nope. They want me to pay again.

I paid for access in 2016 and realize not only the material was outdated but my access and invoice is no where to be found. No customer support, no one to call! VERY UNSAT
Steer clear of these crooks. Signed up in 2003 for a "lifetime membership". My account has suddenly disappeared and they want me to provide transaction records. From close to 20 years ago. Find another company with solid reviews and give your business to them instead. Put these bums out of business.
I had a liftetime subscription since around 2010, and recently find out that my subscription suddenly has ended?!
Contacted support, but they can only repeat like parrots that they need purchase proof, but how is it possible that a subscription suddenly ends. And why do i need to proof that in the 1st place?

Purchased my lifetime membership in 2000, yes 21 years ago.
Even from the start their question & answer papers were inaccurate.
I had to use multiple resources to overcome the wrong answers their papers provided.
I send them yearly email to reactivate my so called 'Lifetime unlimited access' but they are adamant in requesting 20 years old Transaction ID.
I have started purchasing similar material from other websites. It is not about $99 they have scammed me with. It is their commitment to provide 'lifetime' access. It is no longer about money, it is to constantly remind me what a crook they are.
Once upon a time, these guys were good however these dumps are no longer valid and tho they claim to be updated, isn't. There's no true money-back guarantee and it isn't worth paying money for their waste of incorrect dumps. They are also wrongly answered! Buyers Beware and stay away.
I've had a lifetime membership for over 15+ years. I'm not exactly sure when I signed up. I changed jobs in 2006 and I know I had the lifetime membership prior to that. Anyways, my last login was in June 2017 and I still had access to all the exams at that time. I haven't had a need for anything until recently. I tried to login last week and noticed my access was non-existent. I contacted support and was told that I needed proof of my purchase receipt. I don't have records that old, my bank has changed multiple times over the years, and been bought out multiple times. I still had email archives of emails from there stating to "upgrade your unlimited account" which I sent to them. I've read all the reviews here and it sounds like I'm screwed along with the rest of you. So sad, used to be a great service.

They say you will have access for a "lifetime" but when they think you will not be able to produce proof of purchase, (they wait a few years) they cancel your access and demand another payment. There message reads: Unless you send us payment confirmation e-mail with transaction ID in it or credit card statement with our charge, we cannot track your purchase. Answer: I only used it for 365 exam. NONE of the questions and answers were even close. Not even one! Use something else.
Answer: I used to login and download the practice tests in the past. I haven't logged in recently, Recently I used to not login since I was not working on any certifications. Recently I am working and planning to take one certification, so I logged in and found that I didn't has access to download any practice exam that I used to.
Answer: They told me ActualTests was bought by another company, and the new company didn't honor the original Lifetime agreement. If I still needed them I would need to buy the Lifetime product again.
