I purchased lifetime access to ActualTests.com back in 2006. Back then it contained excellent PDF files containing exact Microsoft exam questions for the MCSE exams, and it was invaluable. However, since then it has been going steadily downhill, to the point where it is absolutely useless for Microsoft exams. ALL of their exam info appears completely out of date. They list recent dates for when the exam questions have been updated, but it's all BS. At least for the exams I looking at in the 70-XXX series. They list questions containing references to Windows 7 for Server 2012 exams, when the actual Microsoft exams almost exclusively contain Windows 8, and rarely Vista. ActualTests doesn't have any of the current Azure exams either.

I asked them about their Microsoft exam material five years ago, and they admitted that they no longer provide true Microsoft questions, only "practice material."

I can't speak to their other exams, but if they lie about the Microsoft exams, I'd be skeptical of their promises about others.

I got my money's worth back in 2006, so I can't complain about what I got back then. However, their current Microsoft offerings are total crap.

Don't waste your money.

I did extensive research on their site to make sure that they had the exams that I needed. Once I subscribed, the tests were not available for download. I contacted Support and they stated that they don't have those tests. Further inquiries to ask them to remove the tests from their site have gone unanswered.

I had a lifetime membership from all the way back in 2005. ActualTests revoked my access demanding for proof of payment. I provided proof, and no response after following up again. Then the emails started bouncing back days after. I cc'd to both Sales and Support. They do not offer help or feedback. My account mysteriously got deleted or revoked. Actualtest will not offer any help to find my account. Thieves! Do not subscribe or give them your money.

I had lifetime access back around 2000, and it was ok. Just pdf files full of brain dumps, only as accurate as the dumper. Good as a leg up on studying. In 2020, I find that my lifetime access doesn't work any more, so I figured 20 years was good enough so I forked over $149 for lifetime access again. This time, the certs they are advertising access to simply do not exist. They have the logos on their website, but once you gain access you realize it is just a shell of a site with only a couple of. Pdf files available. I wasted $149, they absolutely do not have the inventory of files that they claim to have. Now I have a pending $149 charge on my debit card from homg kong and have to call my bank on Monday and see if there is any way that I can get out of it. Again, actualtests used to provide access to a bunch of. Pdf files but now they are selling access to an empty warehouse. SCAM ALERT!

I am a lifetime member since 2007, and it was working fine until 2014. In 2014 i have an email confirmation from *******@actualtests.com that i have access to all pdf version, not to the engine. Recently i noticed that my access has been removed completely and now they asking for purchase proof. I have forwarded the email confirmation by them ( in 2014) and still they want the original proof. This clearly shows that they are trying to rip off all old accounts. They know what they doing... cheaters! I tried to email *******@actualtests.com and no response.

This company should be investigated for international fraud. I purchased a lifetime membership with them several years ago and all of a sudden I could no longer long in to their web site. I reached out to support and asked to speak to management and they indicated they would not escalate me to management and that I have to provide proof of purchase. This has gone on for months and I told them they need to keep records for legal purposes. Clearly they are not as they are putting the burden on me. I purchased this membership on an old credit card that has been cancelled for years. These people are crooks and they are making no effort to do right for a customer that paid for a lifetime membership. Classic bait and switch by an unethical and bottom feeding company without a shred of decency, morality or integrity.

In the last few weeks I have been in contact with this butch of rip off artists. I have had an account with Actual Test for more than 12 years, I have recently found that my account no longer gives me access to any questions! When I enquired what was going on they said that I had to produce a valid receipt to prove I had payed for membership. I no longer have my email account from 12 years ago. But strangely my Actual tests login, using the old email address, still works!? But they have removed my access to the tests. They must have had a clear out and removed my access but didn't remove my account... Total rip off

I'm not surprised it was 12 years ago...
